NFL Week 11: Four Best Totals to Go Over

Betting the over is one of the most exciting wagers in football. Here are my four best totals to go over this Sunday.

Tennessee Titans at Baltimore Ravens Prediction

Best Bet: Over 49 Points

Tennessee has performed very well, going over six times this season. The Titans have gone under twice and pushed once.

Surprisingly, the Ravens haven’t been great going over in 2020. They’re 3-6 on the season. Lamar Jackson hasn’t performed like an MVP-caliber quarterback, but the team is still very explosive.

They have a solid defensive unit, which is another reason they’ve gone under in 2020.

The Titans are a Top 10 team in scoring. The Ravens defend the pass better than the run, so this plays to the strength of the Titans. I expect Derrick Henry to have a big day.

The Ravens offense is coming off an ugly performance against the Patriots, so they should be better this week. The Titans have gone over 49 seven times on the year.

Cincinnati Bengals at Washington Football Team Prediction

Best Bet: Over 46.5 Points

This is a game that may slip past bettors’ eyes because of the caliber of teams competing. Cincinnati and Washington are two of the worst teams in football, but they go over a lot.

They’re a combined 10-7-1 on the over this season. They’re both in the bottom half of the league in scoring offenses, but the same goes for their defenses. These are two evenly matched teams that have gone over on the year against good and bad teams.

Alex Smith had a breakout game last week. He was 38-of-55 for 390 yards against Detroit. This is a great indication of how he’ll perform this week against Cincinnati.

Joe Burrow will rise to the occasion. He has played like a rookie this season at times, which is to be expected, but he’s a competitor. He’s ninth in the league in passing yards per game. He should be able to turn this into points against an average Washington defense.

Expert Sports Handicapper Reviews

Miami Dolphins at Denver Broncos Prediction

Best Bet: Over 45 Points

Forty-five is a very low number for an NFL contest. These teams are a combined .500 on the year for the over/under. Miami is 4-5, and Denver is 5-4.

Denver doesn’t have a very good offense. The Broncos are only scoring 20 points per game, but they have some weapons. Drew Lock will most likely not play on Sunday, but this isn’t much of a loss.

They’ll need to get their run game going with Melvin Gordon III. They’ll also need to take some shots downfield to Jerry Jeudy.

Miami will have to carry the load, but I don’t doubt the Dolphins with Tua Tagovailoa under center. The Dolphins have won five straight and are scoring close to 30 points per game.

They’ll face one of the worst defenses in football. Tagovailoa has yet to go under as a starting quarterback.

The Dolphins put up 34 points on the Cardinals two games ago. This offense is locked in. Forty-five is too low not to take the over here.

Green Bay Packers at Indianapolis Colts Prediction

Best Bet: Over 51.5 Points

Indianapolis has a good defense, but it has given up points to good offenses. Two games ago, the Colts lost 24-17 to the Ravens.

If anyone can put up points, it’s Aaron Rodgers. He has been phenomenal throughout the season. He’s ranked first in the league in quarterback rating and second in touchdown passes with 26.

As a team, Green Bay has gone over five times in nine games. It will be able to break the Colts secondary and see results.

The Colts offense is ranked in the top half of the league, averaging 27 points per game. The Colts love to throw the ball, and Green Bay struggles defending the pass. This is a recipe for points.

Indianapolis has also gone over five times in nine games. Each team has gone over 51.5 in three of their past four contests.
