2023 XFL Week 7 Odds and Predictions

We’re heading into Week 7 of the 2023 XFL regular season. We’re going to analyze the betting odds and I’ll provide my best bet for every match-up. This week, the action gets underway on Friday night.

I ended up going 3-1 on my picks for XFL Week 6. I’m now 17-7 on my picks this season and every week has been profitable except for Week 1. Let’s see if I can keep this run going for the next several weeks.

Sea Dragons vs. Renegades Picks for Week 7

When: Friday, March 31st 2023 at 7:00 PM ET

Spread: Sea Dragons -4.5 (-110) vs. Renegades +4.5 (-110)

Total: Over 37.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 37.5 Points (-110)

The Seattle Sea Dragons (4-2) have won four games in a row. Seattle lead the league in passing yards (247.7 PYPG). Ben DiNucci is tied for 2nd in passing TDs (11), but he leads the XFL in INTs (8).

The Arlington Renegades (3-3) are coming off a loss and are now 2-1 at home. The Renegades rank last in scoring (13.0 PPG), but 2nd in points allowed (16.8 PPG). Arlington rank 2nd in defensive INTs (7).

Best Bet: Under 37.5 Points (-110)

Brahmas vs. Vipers Picks for Week 7

When: Saturday, April 1st 2023 at 1:00 PM ET

Spread: Brahmas +3 (-115) vs. Vipers -3 (-105)

Total: Over 39.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 39.5 Points (-110)

The Vegas Vipers (1-5) are 1-3 at home this season. The San Antonio Brahmas (2-4) are 2-2 on the road and coming off a win against Arlington (15-9). The Brahmas are scoring 14.8 PPG (7th) this season.

Vegas are allowing 27.2 PPG (7th) and they have a -52 point differential (7th). The Brahmas only average 124.5 PYPG (8th). San Antonio are allowing the fewest points this season (14.7 PPG).

Best Bet: Under 39.5 Points (-110)

Defenders vs. Guardians Picks for Week 7

When: Saturday, April 1st 2023 at 6:00 PM ET

Spread: Defenders -9.5 (-120) vs. Guardians +9.5 (+100)

Total: Over 45.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 45.5 Points (-110)

The DC Defenders (6-0) score the most points (28.5 PPG), but allow 18.8 PPG (5th). They easily have the best rushing offense. They rank 1st in rushing yards (164.3 RYPG) and rushing TDs (12).

The Orlando Guardians (0-6) are winless. Orlando are scoring 16.7 PPG (6th) and allow 29.7 PPG (8th). This is a big point spread to cover, but I expect there to be plenty of points scored.

BattleHawks vs. Roughnecks Picks for Week 7

When: Sunday, April 2nd 2023 at 2:00 PM ET

Spread: BattleHawks +3 (-110) vs. Roughnecks -3 (-110)

Total: Over 43.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 43.5 Points (-110)

The St. Louis BattleHawks (4-2) just defeated Vegas (29-6). The BattleHawks are 3-1 on the road this season. St. Louis are scoring 23.2 PPG (3rd) and allowing 18.7 PPG (4th) this season.

The Houston Roughnecks (4-2) are on a two-game losing streak, but 3-0 at home. Houston rank #2 in scoring (27.0 PPG) and #5 in points allowed (18.8 PPG). This will be another high-scoring game.
