2023 XFL Week 4 Odds and Predictions

We’re heading into Week 4 of the 2023 XFL regular season. We’re going to look at the betting odds and make a prediction for each game. There are two games on Saturday and two games on Sunday.

Best XFL Bookies

There are two undefeated teams remaining. The DC Defenders are leading the XFL North Division and the Houston Roughnecks are leading the XFL South Division with 3-0 records.

I went 3-1 on my XFL picks for Week 3, which puts me at 6-2 the last two weeks.

Roughnecks vs. Guardians Picks for Week 4

When: Saturday, March 11th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET

Spread: Roughnecks -8.5 (-110) vs. Guardians +8.5 (-110)

Total: Over 37.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 37.5 Points (-110)

The Houston Roughnecks (3-0) keep playing great on offense and defense. Houston rank 1st in scoring (26.0 PPG) and 1st in points allowed (13.3 PPG). QB Brandon Silvers is tied for 1st in TD passes (7).

The Orlando Guardians (0-3) are the worst team in the XFL. The Guardians are scoring 11.0 PPG (8th) and allowing 24.3 PPG (8th). This is a mismatch and I’ll be backing the Roughnecks to cover ATS.

Brahmas vs. Sea Dragons Picks for Week 4

When: Saturday, March 11th 2023 at 10:00 PM ET

Spread: Brahmas +4.5 (-105) vs. Sea Dragons -4.5 (-115)

Total: Over 40.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 40.5 Points (-110)

The Seattle Sea Dragons (1-2) finally picked up a win in Week 3 against Vegas (30-26). QB Ben DiNucci leads the XFL in passing yards (855) and he’s tied for first in passing touchdowns (7).

The San Antonio Brahmas (1-2) lost to Houston (22-13) last weekend. The Brahmas have the 2nd worst passing offense (133.0 PYPG), but the defense has kept them in games (17.3 PPG allowed – 2nd).

Best Bet: Sea Dragons -4.5 (-115)

Renegades vs. BattleHawks Picks for Week 4

When: Sunday, March 12th 2023 at 4:00 PM ET

Spread: Renegades +4 (-110) vs. BattleHawks -4 (-110)

Total: Over 36.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 36.5 Points (-110)

The Arlington Renegades (2-1) have a -6 point differential despite having a winning record. Arlington are scoring 15.3 PPG (7th) and allowing 17.3 PPG (2nd). They have the worst passing offense (119.7 PYPG).

The St. Louis BattleHawks (2-1) are coming off a loss against DC (34-28). The Battlehawks are scoring 22.0 PPG (3rd) and allowing 22.7 PPG (5th). St. Louis will outscore the Renegades and cover ATS.

Best Bet: BattleHawks -4 (-110)

Vipers vs. Defenders Picks for Week 4

When: Sunday, March 12th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET

Spread: Vipers +6 (-110) vs. Defenders -6 (-110)

Total: Over 40.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 40.5 Points (-110)

The Vegas Vipers (0-3) are winless. The DC Defenders (3-0) are undefeated. DC are scoring 24.7 PPG (2nd) and allowing 17.3 PPG (2nd), while Vegas score 17.3 PPG (7th) and allow 23.3 PPG (7th).

The Defenders also have the best rushing offense (149.7 RYPG). They also rank 1st in rushing TDs (5). DC will be able to run all over the Vipers and score enough points to cover ATS.
