Thursday Night Football in Week 8 is going to be an epic matchup. The Packers will travel to Arizona to battle the Cardinals. These are two of the hottest teams in the NFL currently.
The Cardinals are undefeated, and the Packers are 6-1. Each team has performed very well ATS as well. Prop bets are a great way to take the uncertainty out of betting the traditional markets.

Here are my top five player props for Thursday Night Football.
Aaron Jones Props Picks: Anytime TD Scorer (-120)
Davante Adams will likely not play on Thursday after being placed on the COVID-19 IL. This is devastating for the Packers, but they can still compete. They will just need another strategy in the game to win.
Aaron Jones will likely receive a hefty workload on Thursday. Jones has 89 carries on the season for 404 yards and two touchdowns. With Adams out, the Packers need Jones to find the endzone. This is why this is a terrific prop bet for Thursday.
Kyler Murray Props Picks: Anytime TD Scorer (+140)
Kyler Murray is the most explosive quarterback in the National Football League. He is also a big-time player, so I expect him to shine on the biggest stage.
The Packers should have some success pressuring Murray. This will force him to scramble. I like him to score with his legs on Thursday. Murray wants to throw the ball, but the pass rush will help him score.
Chase Edmonds Props Picks: Over 43.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
The Cardinals want to throw the ball, but Chase Edmonds’ rushing total is too good to pass. Edmonds received 15 carries last week for 81 yards.
He has been developing into a pivotal part of Arizona’s offense. He is the primary back to James Connor, and this has been apparent lately. For a back like Edmonds, he could surpass this total on a couple of carries.
AJ Green Props Picks: Over 44.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
If you are looking for a lock, take AJ Green’s receiving total. Green is an explosive receiver who has a nose for the football. I do not believe he is going to slow down in a primetime game on Thursday night.
Green’s targets are limited, but he can extend catches with his legs. In his past five games, he has exceeded this total four times. In his last game, he averaged 22 yards per reception and had 66 yards.
Green could be the best play of all these props on Thursday.
Matt Prater Props Picks: Over 2.5 PAT Made (-165)
Matt Prater is the kicker for the Cardinals. Kickers are often forgotten when dealing with prop bets. However, you should keep an eye on Prater because of the Cardinals’ offense.
This game has all the makings of a shootout, and Arizona will score points. Kyler Murray has been fantastic finding the endzone. This will give Prater plenty of PAT attempts.
For Prater to make three PATs, the Cardinals must score three times. I like the odds of this occurring. Arizona does not stall much on offense, so Prater should have more PATs than field goals.
