The college basketball action continues on Wednesday, January 11th, with nine intriguing match-ups on the schedule. Accordingly, I have scoured the odds to find the best NCAA basketball picks for today’s games.

South Florida Bulls at Houston Cougars
South Florida vs. Houston Picks
Best Bet: Houston Cougars -22.5 (-115)
The Houston Cougars are back at No. 1 in the AP top 25 poll following a convincing win against the Cincinnati Bearcats on Sunday. Not only have the Cougars won each of their last seven games, but they have also won 16 of their 17 games this season.
On the flip side, the South Florida Bulls find themselves ninth in the American Athletic Conference and head to Houston on a three-game losing streak. With that in mind, the Cougars should win by a big margin on Wednesday.
Alabama Crimson Tide at Arkansas Razorbacks
Best Bet: Alabama Crimson Tide PK (-110)
The Southeastern Conference is beginning to heat up. The Alabama Crimson Tide sit second with a record of 13-2, while the Arkansas Razorbacks are fifth with a record of 12-3. On Wednesday, the two sides clash at Bud Walton Arena.
The college basketball oddsmakers can’t seem to separate these teams, but I’m confident that Alabama will come out on top. While the Alabamians have won each of their last four games, the Razorbacks have lost two of their previous three.
Creighton Bluejays at Xavier Musketeers
Best Bet: Xavier Musketeers -3 (-110)
The Xavier Musketeers head into their encounter with the Creighton Bluejays on a monster nine-game winning streak. As a result, the team from Xavier University in Cininnati occupies the No. 12 spot in the latest AP top 25 poll.
On Wednesday, the Musketeers host the Creighton Bluejays, who have lost seven of their past ten games. Given the contrasting form of these two sides, I expect the Musketeers to win by at least three points on Wednesday.
Connecticut Huskies at Marquette Golden Eagles
Best Bet: Marquette Golden Eagles +2.5 (-110)
The Big East Conference dishes up a tasty clash on Wednesday, with the Connecticut Huskies facing the Marquette Golden Eagles at Fiserv Forum. UConn sits atop the conference standings with a record of 15- 2, while Marquette sits fourth with a record of 13-4.
The bookies favor the Huskies to win this one, but they have lost two of their last three games. By contrast, the Golden Eagles are enjoying a four-game winning streak, so I’m backing them to cover the spread on home soil.
Boston College Eagles at Miami Hurricanes
Boston College vs. Miami Picks
Best Bet: Miami Hurricanes -11 (-115)
The Miami Hurricanes are flying high at the summit of the Atlantic Coast division, having won nine of their previous ten outings. When you look at the bigger picture, they have won 13 of their 15 games this season.
Miami’s next opponent, the Boston College Eagles, have a record of 8-8 this season. Having lost six of their last nine encounters, the Eagles look set for another heavy defeat on Wednesday.
