On Saturday, March 1, WWE will be live from the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for the 2025 Elimination Chamber PPV. Also known as Elimination Chamber: Toronto, this weekend’s event marks the 15th installment of the Elimination Chamber franchise.
WWE’s Saturday PPV show is the first time that the promotion has held an event at the Rogers Centre since WrestleMania 18 in 2002. At that time, this venue was still called the SkyDome. It also marks the second Elimination Chamber PPV in Canada (2023 Montreal) and the fourth consecutive EC premium live event to be held outside of the United States.
The PPV features two matches that take place inside the Elimination Chamber. This steel cage structure will host six participants in each match. Two wrestlers will start the match, while the remaining four participants will be locked inside a pod-like structure inside the circular steel cage.
Eventually, each remaining participant will enter the match every five minutes. The last wrestler to survive elimination via pinfall or submission will win the match. Since 2018, the women have had their own EC match as well.
Let’s take a closer look at the available WWE odds, courtesy of the top sports betting sites, and make our WWE Elimination Chamber predictions. This weekend’s Elimination Chamber event has a 7pm ET start time on Peacock.

WWE Elimination Chamber Predictions
The following WWE Elimination Chamber predictions are for the confirmed matches as of this writing:
Will Cody Rhodes Become The Rock’s Champion?
On the February 21episode of SmackDown, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a surprise appearance and called out Cody Rhodes. It was a strange segment as the two embraced as friends and The Rock even talked about their friendship. And, this is despite their feud for most of 2024.
Ultimately, the segment concluded with The Rock wanting Rhodes to be his champion and listing the reasons why it would benefit him to do so. He’s expecting an answer from Rhodes at the PPV.
This really is silly booking and classic WWE foolishness where they expect fans to forget or ignore recent history. It would be one thing if The Rock was making attempts to communicate with Rhodes on live WWE programming or PPV/PLE events. But to have him just show up and make these declarations to Rhodes is just lame booking.
In short, Rhodes will not accept The Rock’s request and this will reignite their feud. I just hope it doesn’t lead to a Rock vs. Rhodes match at WrestleMania. Then again, I would rather have this than John Cena vs. Rhodes.
Women’s Tag Team Match
- Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus (-1000)
- Nia Jax & Candice LeRae (+550)
You can’t have a WWE PPV in Toronto without Trish Stratus being there. Toronto’s own, is not only a talented wrestler in her late-40s, but she adds more star power and local pride to this event. Let’s not forget that Stratus did appear in the women’s Royal Rumble match, so it’s not like she’s returning for just this event.
However, it was definitely planned to have the WWE HOF star part of Elimination Chamber and do so in a secondary women’s match instead of the EC match like John Cena for the men’s EC match. Don’t worry, I will gripe about that one later on in this preview.
This matchup has plenty of backstory as Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax were allies for most of 2024. They helped each other out at times and feuded against other tag teams. In October 2024, Jax ended up forming an alliance with Candice LeRae, which expedited the cracks in the foundation of Jax and Stratton’s pairing.
It all came to a head when Stratton turned on Jax and cashed in her MITB contract to capture the WWE Women’s Championship on the January 3 episode of SmackDown.
At the Royal Rumble, Stratus entered the bout and quickly eliminated LeRae. This led to Jax eliminating Stratus. Two weeks later, Jax and Stratton would have a rematch for the title on SmackDown, but the match ended via disqualification after LeRae interfered.
The duo of Jax and LeRae would beat down Stratton after the match. This led to Stratus, who was sitting in the crowd, coming into the ring and saving Stratton. It also led to Stratus proposing this tag-team match at Elimination Chamber.
Now that we’re all caught up, we can get on to our predictions. With that said, this tag-team match is a great opportunity for Stratus to get some home-town love, which she rightfully deserves, and to help create a bigger star in Stratton.
As you can see by the odds, sportsbooks heavily favor the Strat Connection to win this match. I have no doubt that Team Strat will win. In fact, many of the top handicappers also agree.
Further indicating that Team Strat will win, is the fact that the odds keep growing in their favor. Initially, they were -700 favorites. Then by midweek, they were up to -800 favorites. Now, as we are on the eve of the PPV, the Strat duo are -1000 betting favorites. There’s no value with their odds, but it’s a clear indicator of who should win. Jax and LeRae have seen their odds go from +400 to +550.
Bet: Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus (-1000)
Unsanctioned Match
- Kevin Owens (-200)
- Sami Zayn (+150)
Am I the only one getting sick and tired of seeing these two stars feud against each other?
The on-again, off-again besties seem to always end up feuding whenever the WWE gets lazy with booking each man. It’s a shame because there’s so much more these two can do than fight against each other. I would’ve preferred the two teaming up again as heels than fight against each other. But I digress.
The last chapter in the Owens-Zayn saga began on the January 20 episode of Monday Night RAW. At that time, Owens came out and called upon his “brother” to have his back at the Royal Rumble just like he would with Zayn.
Zayn came out to support Owens during his ladder match versus Rhodes at the Rumble, but he didn’t do anything to help KO. So, Owens took this as an act of betrayal. On the following episode of RAW, Owens would attack Zayn after his match and injure his neck.
Eventually, this would lead Zayn to missing action due to not being medically cleared to compete. So, when he returned to RAW on February 17, Zayn demanded GM Adam Pearce to make a match at Elimination Chamber with Owens.
Pearce said that he could not make it an officially sanctioned match due to Zayn’s medical issues. So, an unsanctioned match was made instead.
What would be the point of having Zayn lose this match? Owens has already snapped and lost his feud with Rhodes. Having Zayn lose just makes him more of a glorified jobber that the fans love.
Owens’ storyline could have more shelf life if Zayn wins and KO continues to spiral down the rabbit hole of insanity. The flip side is having Owens win and then what? It doesn’t elevate him to another level by winning this match. However, it will elevate Zayn and he need’s a big PPV win.
Looking at the odds, and we’ve seen a match that was nearly even for each wrestler’s moneyline move to Owens as the growing favorite. He was listed at -135 odds, but is now a -200 betting favorite.
Zayn went from -105 to +150 odds. Although the oddsmakers are putting more faith into an Owens’ victory, I’m still taking Zayn to win in an upset. His +150 odds mean we’ll get a bigger payout if he gets the victory. I guess this comes down to a willingness to bet on the WWE bookers not being stupid with the result of this match.
Bet: Sami Zayn (+150)
Women’s Elimination Chamber Match
- Bianca Belair (-500)
- Liv Morgan (+300)
- Alexa Bliss (+500)
- Naomi (+600)
- Roxanne Perez (+1200)
- Bayley (+1600)
Liv Morgan was the first to qualify for this match having beat Iyo Sky on the February 3 episode of RAW. Rhea Ripley came out to attack Morgan and cost Sky the match.
On the February 7 episode of SmackDown, Bianca Belair defeated Piper Niven and Alexa Bliss defeated Candice LeRae to qualify for the chamber match.
The 4th to qualify was Bayley who beat Lyra Valkyria on the February 10 episode of RAW. She was followed by Naomi who beat Chelsea Green on the February 14 episode SmackDown. The final spot was given to Roxanne Perez. The NXT star beat Raquel Rodriguez on February 17 episode of RAW.
The winner of the Women’s Elimination Chamber match will earn a shot at the RAW Women’s World Championship currently held by Rhea Ripley. This is due to the Rumble winner, Charlotte Flair, challenging Tiffany Stratton to a match at WrestleMania for Stratton’s WWE Women’s Championship.
Currently, oddsmakers have Belair listed as a large betting favorite. And, there’s some merit to this despite the fact that this Chamber match has plenty of top-tier talent.
First, Belair and Naomi just lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles at RAW on February 23, as I predicted. Second, Belair did a recent interview where she talked about turning heel:
“I never say never, but what I will say is that it would have to be something substantial and a bigger picture to it… The longer you can hold on to that (babyface), if that heel turn happens, the bigger that heel turn will be… I don’t know if I’m ready for that or if the fans are ready for that, but when it happens, it’s going to be something big. If it ever happens, who knows.”
If you read between the lines, you can see that Belair’s heel turn will happen sooner than later. In my opinion, it’s needed. She’s been a babyface for the last handful of years and has accomplished everything she can over that span. A heel turn would be welcomed and give the WWE an elite heel in the women’s division.
Keep in mind, a Belair vs. Ripley match at WrestleMania would be huge. These two stars are at the top of the women’s division along with Flair. So, you can expect one of the best matches at Mania if they collide especially with Belair as the heel.
Adding to the Belair pick for winning this match is the fact that Morgan has held the title for a long time and feuded with Ripley for a year. So, there’s no need to go back to that storyline especially with Morgan holding the tag titles right now.
Bayley’s time as a world champ seems to be further behind her at this point. Naomi isn’t a credible option to win this match as she’s not viewed as a world champ anymore. Bliss needs some time back in the ring before competing for a world title again.
And, Perez isn’t ready for a world title shot as she’s still on NXT. Yet, her time as a world champ on the main roster will happen either later this year or in 2026.
As you can see, Belair is the only logical choice to win this match!
Bet: Bianca Belair (-500)
Women’s Elimination Chamber Prop Bets
BetUS has provided bettors with the following WWE prop bets for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match:
Women’s Elimination Chamber Winning Number
- Entrant Number 1 or 2 (+150)
- Entrant Number 6 (+150)
- Entrant Number 5 (+225)
- Entrant Number 4 (+350)
- Entrant Number 3 (+500)
We’ll break down the numbers even further, when discussing this exact prop bet for the men’s Elimination Chamber match. So, let’s just focus on the women matches for now.
In the six women’s EC matches, the #6 entrant has won three times. The #1 entrant has won two times. While the #4 entrant has won once. The #3 and #2 entrants have yet to win the women’s EC match.
Last year, Becky Lynch was #1 and she was victorious. In 2023, it was Asuka as the #6 entrant to pick up the victory.
Let’s go with the WWE to buck the previous trends and have the #2 or #3 entrant win. To wager on the #2, you have to take it with the #1. And, that’s not a bad idea because it gives you more chances to win. However, I’m going with the longshot here, and it’s really just for fun because there’s no logic to which number will win.
Bet: Entrant Number 3 (+500)
First Participant Eliminated in Women’s Elimination Chamber Match
- Roxanne Perez (+125)
- Bayley (+125)
- Liv Morgan (+300)
- Alexa Bliss (+500)
- Naomi (+600)
- Bianca Belair (+800)
Since I have Bianca Belair winning the match, she’s definitely not getting eliminated first. Liv Morgan has been in five of the EC matches, was the former women’s champ, and is the current women’s tag-team champ. So, I don’t see her being eliminated first either. Makes zero sense having a champion get eliminated first.
Alexa Bliss made her big return at the Royal Rumble to a massive ovation. She’s clearly going to be pushed back to the top-tier of the division. However, that will take some time. Although I don’t have her winning this match, I also don’t have her getting eliminated first.
Naomi has the second longest odds to be eliminated first. And, I think that’s because she will be a catalyst to Belair’s heel turn. Well, I certainly hope it will be a heel turn at EC. More than likely, Naomi is pinned last by Belair.
In reality, the favorites for this prop bet are the best options for the in-ring product as the first to be eliminated.
Roxanne Perez has been a star in NXT and is on the verge of becoming a valued member of the main roster. Having her eliminated first would be a mistake when trying to build her up as a single’s star.
I like Bayley for this prop bet. Having her eliminated first will not hurt her at all. Plus, she has no real prospects for a meaningful feud right now other than some of the stuff she’s done in NXT lately.
Perhaps, we see Bayley eliminated by Perez and then they feud on the main roster. Or, Belair eliminates Bayley first as she crushes the competition in this match.
Bet: Bayley (+125)
Most Impactful Women’s Elimination Chamber Wrestler
- Bianca Belair (+125)
- Roxanne Perez (+165)
- Alexa Bliss (+400)
- Bayley (+500)
- Liv Morgan (+500)
- Naomi (+600)
I think the oddsmakers did a good job with the favorites for this prop bet. However, I disagree with the longshots. I would have Bayley listed with bigger odds than Naomi.
Nevertheless, I like the two favorite options here. So, this prop is basically about who has the most eliminations. As much as I would like to see Belair sweep the match by eliminating everyone like Shayna Baszler did in 2020, I don’t see it happening.
Yet, I still believe Belair will be the most impactful wrestler in this match. It makes more sense to have her dominate and win, then have her squeak by.
Perez has an outside shot with this prop bet since the WWE can use this match to launch her with momentum on the main roster as a full-time star.
With that said, I’m taking Belair for this prop bet and putting her eliminations at three. Naomi should be one of the eliminations. In fact, the final elimination would make it even more dramatic.
Bet: Bianca Belair (+125)
Men’s Elimination Chamber Match
- John Cena (-500)
- CM Punk (+200)
- Seth Rollins (+1000)
- Drew McIntyre (+1200)
- Damian Priest (+2000)
- Logan Paul (+2200)
After losing the Royal Rumble match due to Jey Uso eliminating him, John Cena declared that he would participate in the men’s Elimination Chamber match since it will be the last of his career. The WWE superstar is set to retire at the end of the year.
Speaking of Uso, after winning the Rumble, he decided to challenge Gunther at WrestleMania 41 for the World Heavyweight Championship. So, that means the winner of this men’s Chamber match will take on Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania.
CM Punk would be the first wrestler to qualify for this EC bout after beating Sami Zayn on the February 3 episode of RAW. Drew McIntyre was next to qualify after defeating LA Knight and Jimmy Uso in a triple-threat match on the Feb. 7 episode of SmackDown.
On February 10, Logan Paul would earn a spot by defeating Rey Mysterio on RAW. The fifth spot was captured by Damian Priest on February 14, after he beat Jacob Fatu and Braun Strowman in a triple-threat match on SmackDown. The final participant to qualify was Seth Rollins. He beat Finn Balor on the Feb. 17 episode of RAW.
If I was booking this Elimination Chamber match, I would love to see Drew McIntyre win. The Scottish star is highly underrated and oozes world champion. Unfortunately, I don’t see it happening. What I do hope to see for McIntyre is a lengthy period of time in this match fighting with both Seth Rollins and CM Punk.
Those three men were locked into a massive feud for all of 2024. So, I hope the WWE continues this storyline as part of the match and doesn’t do the silliness of treating fans like they’re stupid by pretending these wrestlers didn’t try to kill each other last year.
Speaking of Rollins, he’s most likely on a collision course to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, so there’s no way “Freakin” wins this Chamber bout. Rollins vs. Reigns is a massive bout and just as notable as Gunther vs. Uso.
I don’t see any reason for Damien Priest to be in this match. This spot should’ve gone to Jacob Fatu who is far more “over” with the WWE Universe and deserving of a massive push. With that said, Priest won’t win this bout. And, neither will Logan Paul.
Paul’s time in the men’s Rumble match saw him eliminate CM Punk which made no sense. I really hope we’re not heading towards a Paul vs. Punk match at Mania. That’s pointless for both men. Paul needs a big win at Mania and Punk deserves more.
For me, this bout comes down to Cena and Punk in regards to who wins the match. I think it would be absolutely insane to have Cena win this bout and face Cody Rhodes at Mania. It makes no sense at all. Nobody thinks Cena will beat Rhodes.
Additionally, it serves no purpose to the ongoing WWE product when the EC winner (if Cena) isn’t even on weekly programming. Cena doesn’t need a world title shot to be on Mania. And, it adds more intrigue to his retirement storyline if Cena keeps losing in these opportunities.
The winner must be CM Punk. He’s never main evented a WrestleMania and the WWE has been itching to pull the trigger on a match between Punk and Rhodes. Two of their biggest names fighting for the world title, in the main event, would be the ideal headliner for Mania.
Plus, The Rock could always cost Rhodes the match at Mania and Punk could end up becoming world champ. OK, I’m getting ahead of myself here, but Punk is the ideal choice for many reasons listed above and more to discuss as we progress towards WrestleMania 41 in April.
Bet: CM Punk (+200)
Men’s Elimination Chamber Prop Bets
Like with the women’s match, the following WWE prop bets for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match are courtesy of BetUS:
Men’s Elimination Chamber Winning Number
- Entrant Number 6 (+150)
- Entrant Number 1 or 2 (+165)
- Entrant Number 5 (+250)
- Entrant Number 4 (+350)
- Entrant Number 3 (+500)
Since 2002, there have been 34 total Elimination Chamber matches. That’s men and women EC matches combined.
Over that span, we see that the #5 and #6 entrants have won eight times apiece. The #1 entrant has six victories, #4 has five wins, #3 has four wins, and the #2 entrant has the fewest wins with three.
With that said, Becky Lynch was #1 entrant for the women’s EC match last year and she won. Additionally, Drew McIntyre won the men’s EC match last year and he was the #2 entrant.
Will the WWE repeat that trend this year by having #1 or #2 win? The #6 entrant has not won a men’s EC match since 2015. So, that # is definitely due for a win.
However, since we have no idea what order these wrestlers are entering as, it’s really a dart throw as to which number will win. So, if you can get two of the six numbers in one betting option, then it makes sense to take more numbers and hope for the best.
Bet: Entrant Number 1 or 2 (+165)
First Participant Eliminated in Men’s Elimination Chamber Match
- Damian Priest (-175)
- Drew McIntyre (+300)
- Logan Paul (+500)
- Seth Rollins (+500)
- John Cena (+800)
- CM Punk (+1000)
There’s zero chance that CM Punk or John Cena is eliminated first. In fact, I think this match most likely comes down to those two men for the victory. Speaking of Cena, this marks his 8th appearance in the Chamber match. It will be Punk’s 5th appearance. Both Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins are making their fourth appearance.
McIntyre won last year and has won this match twice. I don’t see him winning this weekend, but I also don’t see McIntyre get eliminated first.
If Seth Rollins is truly on a collision course with Roman Reigns for WrestleMania then it makes zero sense to have him get eliminated first in this match.
So, this prop bet, and my sanity, comes down to Logan Paul and Damien Priest. Based on what we saw from Paul at Royal Rumble, and his actions since then, it would be silly to have him eliminated first. He seems poised for a big push heading into Mania and beyond.
In reality, this prop bet is all about Damien Priest. And, as I mentioned above, I strongly disagree with even having him in this match. His spot should’ve gone to Jacob Fatu.
Priest is the large favorite to be eliminated first, and rightfully so. He has very little direction right now, no compelling storyline, and is the overall weak link creatively in this match. He’s definitely eating the first pinfall in this bout.
Bet: Damian Priest (-175)
Most Impactful Men’s Elimination Chamber Wrestler
- John Cena (+110)
- CM Punk (+110)
- Drew McIntyre (+400)
- Seth Rollins (+500)
- Logan Paul (+600)
- Damian Priest (+1000)
Since I picked Damian Priest to get eliminated first, and considering the fact that he’s the biggest longshot for this prop bet, there’s no way he will have the most impact.
As described in the women’s section above, this prop bet is typically for which wrestler has the most eliminations. I don’t see Priest having one elimination or lasting long in the match.
Logan Paul will have minimal impact in this match other than a high spot or two. He will be lucky to get one elimination. So, you can avoid him for this prop bet.
Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre both could have strong showings, but I see each man getting eliminated without doing too much damage in the match. Although, it would make sense if the WWE kept pushing McIntyre as a force to be reckoned with. So, maybe he gets one elimination.
Like I’ve mentioned a few times now, this bout and a few of the WWE prop bets will come down to CM Punk and John Cena.
I really like the idea of John Cena failing to win this match. I think it gives more depth and desperation to his year-long retirement story. If he loses this match, then it makes his appearances later in the year even more meaningful.
What could make his appearance this weekend even more significant, is that Cena is the most impactful wrestler in the match but falls short in the end just like he did in the Royal Rumble.
Instead of giving Cena his fourth Elimination Chamber win and tying the all-time record with Triple H, have Cena eat a GTS from Punk to lose the match but win this prop bet.
Yes, I’m really trying to put this out in the universe so it comes to fruition!
Bet: John Cena (+110)
