The 2020 NFL regular season has just three weeks left to play. It’s hard to believe, but the postseason will be upon us soon.
Last week, there just weren’t enough points to tease Coach Rick to a winning record as both the Giants and Raiders got smoked by Arizona and Indianapolis, respectively.

This week, Coach Rick has found several solid NFL teaser picks. Here they are.
Chiefs vs. Saints Week 15 Picks
Spread: Saints +3 / Tease: Saints +9
The Chiefs have taken over the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoff race. The Saints dropped to No. 2 in the NFC after an upset loss to Philadelphia last week. That loss combined with Taysom Hill starting at quarterback once again for New Orleans leaves the Saints a home underdog.
This is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of an NFL home underdog, which have a track record of success. The Saints also have a recent track record of success covering the spread in five of their past six games.
Kansas City is just 6-7 ATS on the season and has not covered in its last five straight games. The Saints have the kind of defense that can keep them in this game until the end. Teasing this spread to nine points, New Orleans will cover.
NFL Point Spread Odds
Texans vs. Colts Week 15 Picks
Spread: Colts -7 / Tease: Colts -1
The Colts and Texans meet for the second time in three weeks. Indy opened as a seven-point favorite, which is no surprise as Houston is struggling. The Colts were three-point favorites over Houston in the first meeting and covered with a 26-20 victory.
The Colts are coming off their best offensive performance of the year. They racked up 456 yards and 44 points in a win over the Raiders last week. Indy rushed for 212 yards led by Jonathan Taylor’s 150. More importantly, it was Indy’s fourth cover in its last five games.
Houston is just 4-10 ATS in its last 14 games. With the tease, the Colts provide another win and cover.
Predictions for NFL Week 15
Patriots vs. Dolphins Week 15 Picks
Spread: Patriots +2.5 / Tease: Patriots +8.5
The Dolphins have the NFL’s best record against the spread this year at 10-3. Miami is 8-1 ATS in their last nine games, but they are banged up and could be without WR DeVante Parker, TE Mike Gesicki, and WR Jakeem Grant this week.
Miami’s defense is legit as the Dolphins unit is second in the NFL in points allowed per game (18.8). The Patriots offense leaves much to be desired, but they do run the ball effectively. Totals bettors should be leaning heavy on the Under in this matchup.
The Patriots beat the Dolphins earlier this season before Miami picked up its momentum. With New England having played last Thursday, the Patriots will have three extra days to prepare. That is significant since under head coach Bill Belichick, New England is 21-4 straight up and 18-7 ATS in 25 such games.
This Patriots-Dolphins matchup should be a low-scoring slugfest. With the tease, the Patriots will cover.
