Houston Texans at Kansas City Chiefs Picks: Over 54.5

The defending Super Bowl Champion Chiefs are ready to pickup where they left off last year after averaging 28.2 points per game behind quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The total has gone OVER in the last six games between these two teams and it is going OVER again in this matchup.

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings Picks: Under 46

This should be a great opening day battle between two bitter NFC North rivals. The total has stayed UNDER in the last five meetings in Minnesota. It has also stayed UNDER in five of the last six games between the two overall. That trend holdups up this time around as well.

Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots Picks: New England -6.5

Tom Brady is in Tampa Bay so it is now Cam Newton’s turn to run the Patriots’ offense. Look for New England to make a statement in Week 1 that it is still a legitimate Super Bowl contender with a home victory easily covering the 6 ½ point spread.

Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Football Team Picks: Philadelphia -6

The Eagles are expected to compete with Dallas for the NFC East title and Washington is expected to compete for the No. 1 pick in next year’s NFL draft. Bet the Eagles to extend their straight-up winning streak against Washington to six games while also covering the six points.

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens Picks: Baltimore -8.5

The Browns were over hyped heading into last season and they failed to meet expectations. As a middle-of-the-road team in the AFC, they will struggle to keep things close against one of the top favorites to win the conference title this season. The Ravens make a Week 1 statement with a double-digit win.

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills Picks: Under 40

The total is already set low to properly reflect this AFC East clash. However, it is tough to see the points scored add up to 40 or more. The total has stayed UNDER in the Jets’ last six games. The total has also stayed UNDER in Buffalo’s last five home games.

Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers Picks: Arizona +7

San Francisco came very close to winning the Super Bowl last season. However, the Cardinals have gotten the best of things lately in this NFC West tilt. Arizona is 4-0-1 against the spread in the last five meetings and 8-2 SU in its last 10 games against the 49ers.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints Picks: OVER 49.5

This NFC South showdown lives up to all the hype with Brady making his Tampa Bay debut against another legend Drew Brees. Both veteran quarterbacks light things up in a high scoring affair. The total has gone OVER is 12 of the Bucs’ last 14 games.

Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams Picks: Los Angeles +2.5

Mike McCarthy’s debut as the Cowboys’ new head coach does not go as planned. The Rams have something to prove this season coming off a massive Super Bowl hangover. Look for LA to return to the form that led to an NFC title in 2018.

Tennessee Titans at Denver Broncos Picks: Denver -1.5

Denver is still a tough place to win on the road even if the stands are empty for this one. The Broncos have dominated this matchup over the years with a 6-1 record ATS in the last seven meetings. Five of those wins were SU at home.
