The defending UFL champion Birmingham Stallions got back on track in Week 2 of the 2025 season with a 21-12 victory over the Panthers in Michigan. Birmingham was upset in Week 1, but a strong defense and an offense that jumped out to an early 18-0 lead let UFL fans know that the Stallions performance in Week 1 was an anomaly.

The results of Week 2 leave the UFL with three unbeaten teams. Interestingly, all three teams – DC, Arlington, and St. Louis are in the XFL Division. One of those three teams will definitely have a loss after Week 3. DC plays at St. Louis on Sunday. It’s certainly possible that one of the three will end up in this year’s UFL championship.

San Antonio, Memphis and Houston all remain winless so far in 2025. One of those three teams will get their first win this weekend. Memphis will host the Houston Roughnecks on Saturday afternoon. The Roughnecks have the worst offense in the league with a total of 15 points through two games.

Let’s huddle up to look at the latest UFL Week 3 odds, courtesy of the top sports betting sites, and make our UFL Week 3 predictions.

UFL Week 3 Predictions

Let’s take a look at the full Week 3 slate of matchups and make our spread, total, and moneyline picks for each game.

Arlington Renegades vs. Birmingham Stallions Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
Arlington Renegades+140+3.5 (-115)O 39.5 (-110)
Birmingham Stallions-166-3.5 (-105)U 39.5 (-110)

The Renegades defense held Houston to 63 rushing yards and 9 points in Week 2. Arlington has given up just 18 total points this season. Now, they’ll face the defending UFL champion Birmingham Stallions in Week 3. The Stallions rallied last week after an opening week upset loss to DC. Birmingham beat Michigan 21-12 in Week 2.

Arlington has been one of the UFL’s biggest surprises thus far. After a 3-7 season last year, the Renegades are off to a 2-0 start in 2025. RB Kalen Ballage is the league’s leading rusher (148 yards) after two weeks. Luis Perez, who led the UFL in passing last year, is once again leading the league heading into Week 3. He’s completing 75 percent of his passes so far.

The Renegades won three of their last four games at the end of last season and are now poised to win their fifth game in a row against the team that has won each of the last two UFL championships.

Arlington Renegades vs. Birmingham Stallions Predictions

As good as Arlington is, they are playing the best-coached team in the UFL. Plus, the Stallions are playing at home. Birmingham won and covered last week at Michigan. Now, they return home where the Stallions won all five of their home games in the regular season last year.

Both defenses are outstanding. The Stallions have only given up 30 points in two games. Birmingham will, however, need its offense to step up and score some points against what could be the best defense in the entire league. With Luis Perez, the Renegades have the ability to get the ball in the end zone. Last season, Arlington lost to Birmingham 27-14 in Arlington.

The Stallions haven’t lost at home in the UFL yet. Don’t expect them to in Week 3. The number indicates this should be a close game and with the spread at 3.5, it makes sense to back the Renegades to cover. The two teams combined for 41 points last year. Both Stallions games this season have gone Under the total as did last week’s Renegades game.

Bet: Birmingham -166, Arlington +3.5 (-115), Under 39.5 (-110)

Houston Roughnecks vs. Memphis Showboats Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
Houston Roughnecks+136+3 (-110)O 35.5 (-110)
Memphis Showboats-162-3 (-110)U 35.5 (-110)

It’s a battle of winless teams in this one. Memphis gets the advantage of playing at home, though that might not be a huge advantage. The Showboats went 1-4 at home last season and they started off the 2025 season with a home loss to Michigan.

The Memphis offense has been shaky at best. The Showboats have scored 12 points in each of their two games this season. If you think Memphis’ offense is bad, the Roughnecks are even worse. Houston has scored the fewest points of all UFL teams this season.

Houston put up six points in Week 1 and nine more last week. One of the Roughnecks’ biggest issues is the running game. They are dead last in the UFL in rushing with 151 yards in two games. The Roughnecks leading rusher – Nolan Henderson – ranks just 15th in the league

Houston Roughnecks vs. Memphis Showboats Predictions

Neither of these offenses is very good. They don’t run the ball well. Houston is the worst rushing offense in the UFL and Memphis is actually seventh. Don’t expect a ton of points in this one, but one thing does separate the home team from its opponent.

While Memphis can’t run the ball effectively, they are currently the No. 1 passing offense in the UFL. Quarterbacks EJ Perry and Troy Williams have combined for 391 yards passing. They have also combined for three interceptions, which is tied for the league lead.

Both defenses have limitations as well, but these offenses just don’t have a lot to offer. Houston has now lost eight games in a row. Playing on the road is going to be rough. Houston lost at Memphis in Week 10 of last season. Expect another Roughnecks loss. Notice this week’s total. The books are expecting a low-scoring game and our experts think we’ll get just that.

Bet: Memphis -162, Memphis -3 (-110), Under 35.5 (-110)

San Antonio Brahmas vs. Michigan Panthers Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
San Antonio Brahmas+170+4.5 (-110)O 36.5 (-110)
Michigan Panthers-205-4.5 (-110)U 36.5 (-110)

Michigan started the 2025 season with a 26-12 win over Memphis. The offense looked sharp, but the Panthers did not look that good in last week’s loss to Birmingham. The Stallions led 18-0 after three quarters last week. Michigan mounted a small comeback cutting the lead to 18-9 with a touchdown and three-point conversion in the fourth quarter.

Michigan’s offense couldn’t find the end zone in the first three quarters last week. In Week 1, the Panthers offense put up 26 points in a win over Memphis. Michigan should find it easier to move the football this week against a San Antonio defense that has fallen apart in the first two weeks of this season.

The Brahmas are one of the other surprises in the UFL in 2025. It’s not a good surprise though as San Antonio is 0-2 after playing in last year’s UFL championship game. Can they get back on track in Week 3?

San Antonio Brahmas vs. Michigan Panthers Predictions

After stumbling last week at home to their nemesis Birmingham, the Panthers come back this week against the UFL’s worst defense. The Brahmas just can’t stop anybody. They’ve given up 59 points so far this season.

The Brahmas offense isn’t much better. San Antonio has scored 9 points in each of its games this season. That won’t beat anybody unless a team plays outstanding defense. That is something that San Antonio has not done through the first two weeks of the season.

Michigan has the better running game, the better passing game, and the better defense. Add in that the Panthers are playing at home and there is simply no question. There is a reason why the Panthers are 4.5-point favorites. Their offense should thrive, especially after last week’s hiccup. Michigan will do most of the work, but the Brahmas will contribute and push this total Over.

Bet: Michigan -205, Michigan -4.5 (-110), Over 36.5 (-110)

DC Defenders vs. St. Louis Battlehawks Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
DC Defenders+205+5.5 (-110)O 38.5 (-118)
St. Louis Battlehawks-250-5.5 (-110)U 38.5 (-102)

Teams that run the football and play solid defense usually have success at any level of the game of football. The St. Louis Battlehawks are 2-0 and have been outstanding through the first two weeks of the 2025 UFL season.

St. Louis leads the league in rushing averaging an almost ridiculous 218.5 yards per game. The Battlehawks can throw it too. They are No. 4 in passing offense. QB Manny Wilkins is third in the league in passing yards with 351.

On the defensive side, the Battlehawks have yet to allow 10 or more points in a single game. They’ve given up a total of 15 for the season. They are the No. 1 pass defense holding teams to just 187 passing combined in the first two games.

Now, on the other side, the DC Defenders are also 2-0 just like the Battlehawks. The Defenders have the second-best pass defense in the league and Jordan Ta’amu at quarterback. He is second in the league in passing. The Defenders have only scored 18 and 17 points in their first two games, but the defense has only allowed 23 total points.

DC Defenders vs. St. Louis Battlehawks Predictions

These two defenses are very good. They are the top two in the league and they will make things for their opponent difficult. St. Louis runs the ball better than any team in the league. That runs clock and ends up shortening games. Our experts remind us that usually plays a role in games going Under the total. However, the game total reflects a higher-scoring game and history has shown that may be the case.

Last year, these two teams played twice and both games went Over this game’s total. They combined for 47 and 57 points in the two games last year. Now, DC’s defense has improved from a year ago, but both of these offenses have the capability to put up 30 points on anyone.

DC will have a difficult time with the St. Louis running game. That success in the running game opens up the passing game for Manny Wilkins. Playing at home and with positive momentum, look for St. Louis to remain unbeaten after Week 3.

Bet: St. Louis -250, DC +5.5 (-110), Over 38.5 -110)

UFL Week 3 Best Bets

Once again, our experts were on top of their UFL Week 2 picks. As far as their best bets, though, not so good. This week our best handicappers have reviewed all the data and gone through each game to find the best picks. Here are what they believe are the best bets for Week 3.

  • Arlington @ Birmingham Under 39.5 (-110)
  • Houston @ Memphis -162

Arlington and Birmingham both have offenses that can score. The Renegades have the better defense as they allow just 9.0 points per game. The Stallions are only giving up 15.0 per game and those two defenses should dictate the tempo of this game. Both of Birmingham’s games this season have gone Under the total. Arlington’s last game went Under.

Houston’s offense is awful. They can’t score. Memphis has some issues too, but the Showboats actually have the UFL’s best passing game. That should be the difference. Playing at home doesn’t hurt for the Showboats.

You can wager on each bet individually or you could play these two as a parlay. Betting the games individually would pay out $100 for each win on bets of $110 and $162. However, tying the two bets together in a parlay would mean a $100 wager would pay out $209 if both legs are winners. Good luck betting UFL Week 3!
