On Saturday, November 30, the WWE will be live from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for the 2024 Survivor Series event. Titled Survivor Series: War Games, this weekend’s show is the 38th installment of the popular WWE franchise and the third year in a row that they feature the War Games matches.
This year’s Survivor Series is the first time that the WWE has held the esteemed PPV in Vancouver. In fact, it’s the first WWE PPV held in this city since the 1998 Rock Bottom: In Your House event. However, it does mark the third Survivor Series PPV to be held in Canada: 1997 in Montreal and 2016 in Toronto.
This weekend’s Survivor Series features two War Games matches with one for the men and one for the women competitors. We will break down both of these matches in greater detail below. Matches are still being announced throughout the week, which means that the WWE odds will slowly trickle out as well.
The 2024 WWE Survivor Series PLE has a 3pm ET start time on Peacock. Let’s take a closer look at the available WWE odds, courtesy of the top sports betting sites, and make our WWE Survivor Series predictions.

WWE Survivor Series Predictions
The following WWE Survivor Series predictions are for the confirmed matches as of this writing:
Triple-Threat Intercontinental Match
- Bron Breakker (-1000)
- Sheamus (+550)
- Ludwig Kaiser (+1000)
If you wanted a hard hitting, hoss fight, then this is the one for you. All three men are bruisers in the ring, love a fight, and will smash each other for the entire bout.
Sheamus and Kaiser have been feuding for the last few months. This rivalry spilled over into each man’s match with Bron Breakker.
On the November 18th episode of RAW, Breakker won his match against Sheamus after Kaiser came in and attacked the IC champ. This caused Sheamus to get disqualified.
A week later, Sheamus came out and attacked Kaiser, which gave him the win via disqualification. After the match, Sheamus kept attacking Kaiser until Breakker got involved. Following this three-man brawl, RAW general manager Adam Pearce made the triple-threat match for the IC belt at Survivor Series.
When betting on this match, you must decide if it makes sense for the WWE to remove the belt off of Breakker. He won the IC title for a second time after beating Jey Uso on the October 21 episode of RAW. So, it’s hard for me to think they will have him lose the belt five weeks later.
As deserving as Sheamus and Kaiser are, Breakker remaining the champ into WrestleMania season is the smart choice for Bron and the Intercontinental Championship.
Bet: Bron Breakker (-1000)
WWE United States Title Match
- LA Knight (-110)
- Shinsuke Nakamura (-130)
This feud just recently popped up over the last few weeks. On the November 15 episode of SmackDown, Shinsuke Nakamura came out and attacked LA Knight after he was successful in defending his title against Berto. While he was taunting Santos Escobar in his post-match celebration, Nakamura struck down Knight.
One week later, Nakamura would come out to do the same thing. This time, it was following Knight’s match against the previously mentioned Escobar. Nakamura landed some strikes and a running knee.
Anytime I see Nakamura, I think how WWE wasted him. The man was such a talented wrestler and could’ve been an even bigger star if the promotion didn’t drop the ball with him.
With that said, I don’t see the WWE taking the belt off of Knight at Survivor Series. Either Nakamura gets disqualified or he loses the match and then attacks Knight again, but this time doing serious damage. Take Knight to retain, but Nakamura’s push to continue one way or another.
As for the betting odds on this bout, the WWE betting sites slightly favor the challenger to win the match. Either way, there’s betting value on both men.
Bet: LA Knight (-110)
World Heavyweight Championship Match
- (c)Gunther (-5000)
- Damian Priest (+1200)
Gunther and Damian Priest wrestled at Summer Slam for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Ring General would go on to win the match and become world champion for the first time. He then defended the belt against Randy Orton at Bash in Berlin and won.
Gunther would go on to compete against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel for the Crown Jewel Championship. Although I picked, and still believe that Gunther should’ve won, Rhodes came away with the victory in a champion vs. champion match. Yet, neither man’s title was on the line.
Damian Priest would go on to feud against his former teammates in The Judgement Day. Eventually, he would win a fatal-four way match on the November 4 episode of RAW to become the #1 contender and get his rematch.
Unfortunately for Priest, the outcome will be the same. Gunther is set for a lengthy title run and rightfully so. Priest is good, but I don’t see him on the same level as Gunther in regards to WWE equity.
Take Gunther to win the match and retain his title. His odds offer no value, but this should still be an entertaining match.
Bet: Gunther (-5000)
Women’s War Games Match
- Team Belair (-1500)
- Team Morgan (+600)
Team Belair consists of Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Iyo Sky, and Bayley. For Belair, Sky and Bayley, it’s their third War Games match in a row. It marks Ripley’s second.
They will be taking on the The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez), Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae. All five will be making their Survivor Series: War Games debuts.

This women’s War Games match, like the men’s, has layers on top of layers. So, let’s try to summarize how we got to these two teams and participants.
We’ll start with some of the primary names in this match. Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley have been feuding with each other for several months now. From their title match to Dominik Mysterio, these two have fought over everything that two women can compete for.
Morgan took the title from Ripley at SummerSlam and defended it against her at Bad Blood. Morgan won with the assistance of Raquel Rodriguez who would go on to join Morgan in The Judgement Day.
The two would put Ripley on the shelf with a brutal attack at the October 29 episode of NXT. They then turned their attention toward Nia Jax. Morgan would beat Jax at Crown Jewel after help from Rodriguez and Mysterio.
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair would come out on the November 4 episode of RAW and brawl with the duo of Morgan and Rodriguez as they were celebrating Morgan’s win. These two teams would feud against each other for the next couple of weeks with the tag champs of Cargill and Belair retaining their belts.
During that time, a battle royal was held to determine Morgan’s next challenge. Iyo Sky would go on to tin that.
Morgan and Rodriguez would attack the tag champs on the November 15 episode of SmackDown. That was the same episode where Jax defeated Naomi and retained her belt. She got help from Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae.
Eventually on RAW, the team of Belair, Cargill, Naomi and Sky would confront Morgan’s team. Ripley made a surprise return to join Belair’s team and a brawl ensued.
However, things weren’t over with for Team Belair as they lost Cargill to a backstage attack by an unknown assailant on the November 22 episode of SmackDown. Cargill suffered injuries and was removed from the War Games match.
In reality, Cargill was written off TV due to real life injuries that will reportedly cost her at least three months. However, the WWE is keeping tight lip about her injuries. As of now, nobody knows what Cargill is really dealing with.
On the November 25 episode of RAW, Belair defeated Jax due to interference from Bayley. This gave Team Belair the advantage. It also meant that they added Bayley to their squad for War Games.
Now that we’ve set the table on how this match came about, let’s make our prediction. To me, and the online sportsbooks, Team Belair is a lock to win.
The ladies on this team have suffered attacks and misery due to the dastardly deeds of Team Morgan and its members. So, this will be a moment where the members of Team Belair get revenge.
Bet: Team Ripley (-1500)
Men’s War Games Match
- OG Bloodline (-1000)
- The New Bloodline (+550)
The OG Bloodline consists of: Roman Reigns, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), Sami Zayn, and CM Punk (with Paul Heyman) vs. The New Bloodline features: Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa and Bronson Reed.
For Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, this is their third consecutive War Games match. For Reigns and Sikoa, this is there second as they both were in the 2022 Survivor Series War Games bout.
This match is the culmination of a multi-year, multi-layered storyline that has been the backbone of WWE programming since 2021.
That two-year run for Roman Reigns was an all-time great run. It was something akin to the days of Bruno Sammartino and Hulk Hogan where Reigns hardly lost and carried the company on his back.
Eventually, Reigns and Paul Heyman would be joined by The Usos to form The Bloodline. The stable became WWE’s most powerful faction. At one point, Sami Zayn earned his way into the faction as an honorary member since he wasn’t technically part of the Samoan bloodline.
Following Zayn, The Bloodline would bring in another member. However, unlike Zayn, Solo Sikoa was actually a member of the Samoan Dynasty as he’s the younger brother of The Usos.
Everything was great until cracks started to appear in the foundations. This led to Jey and Jimmy Uso leaving the group. The Usos would defeat Reigns and Sikoa in the Bloodline Civil War match at the 2023 Money in the Bank.
That Summer, Jey would be sent to RAW and Jimmy would stay on SmackDown where he would rejoin The Bloodline.
Meanwhile, The Usos ended up in a feud and Roman Reigns was in a lengthy rivalry with Cody Rhodes. The Rock would return to pair up with Reigns and The Bloodline.
Rhodes would end up beating Reigns at WrestleMania 40 along with Jey beating Jimmy. Reigns would go on a lengthy hiatus and Solo Sikoa would take over The Bloodline. He ended up bringing in new members: Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and then cousin Jacob Fatu.
They would go on to exile Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman in vicious fashion. Additionally, this new version of The Bloodline would turn their attention towards Cody Rhodes and try to take the belt from him.
At Summer Slam, Rhodes would retain his title over Sikoa after Reigns returned to interfere. Jimmy Uso returned at Bad Blood to help Reigns and Rhodes in their match against Sikoa and Fatu. This led to Reigns reuniting with The Usos and a match at Crown Jewel as they took on The New Bloodline.
The numbers game was in the favor of The New Bloodline as they cheated to beat The OG Bloodline. After the match, they would attack Reigns and The Usos until Zayn came out to save them.
Eventually, The OG Bloodline would reunite and begin feuding as a team against Sikoa’s Bloodline. The latter would add Bronson Reed to their team for War Games. This left Reigns’ Bloodlines a man down after they had already accepted the War Games match at Survivor Series.
To the surprise of the WWE Universe, Paul Heyman would return on the November 22 episode of SmackDown and bring his former client CM Punk as the fifth member of Reigns’ team.
Despite adding Punk, I still think Sikoa and The New Bloodline will win this match. I think it’s setting up for Paul Heyman to turn on Reigns and The OG Bloodlines to help Sikoa win. I wouldn’t be surprised if this somehow led to a feud between CM Punk and Reigns for Royal Rumble.
One way or another, Heyman is turning on Reigns and The OG Bloodline. It’s either going to be this weekend or at the next PPV. It’s the only logical decision to keep this rivalry going as it gives the feud more juice until WrestleMania in 2025.
Bet: The New Bloodline (+550)
Recent Survivor Series: War Games Results
The following results are for the last two Survivor Series PPVs that featured War Games matches:
2022 Survivor Series

In addition to the two War Games matches, this PPV also had three matches that included AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor, Ronda Rousey beating Shotzi in a SmackDown Women’s Championship bout, and a triple threat match for the US Championship as Austin Theory defeated Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley to win the title.
The Women’s War Games bout consisted of Team Belair beating Team Damage CTRL. On Team Belair were Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim and Becky Lynch. On the losing team was Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley.

The 2023 Survivor Series event featured five matches with two of them being War Games. In singles matches, Gunther defeated The Miz via submission for the IC belt, Santos Escobar beat Dragon lee via pinfall, and Rhea Ripley defeated Zoey Stark in a bout for the Women’s World Championship.
In the Women’s War Games match, Damage CTRL came up short as they lost to the team of Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Shotzi and Becky Lynch. It was the second year in a row that Damage CTRL was featured in the War Games match. Both Lynch and Belair also wrestled their second War Games bout.
In the Men’s War Games match, Team Rhodes defeated The Judgment Day along with Drew McIntyre. On Rhodes’ team were Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. McIntyre, Zayn, and Uso also competed in the 2022 War Games match at Survivor Series.
This is also the event where CM Punk made his WWE return after more than a decade and immediately made an enemy out of both McIntyre and Rollins.
