eSports Betting: Bet on Valorant at PNXBet

Riot Games is famous for League of Legends (LoL), but they’ve been releasing several new games recently, including an all-new first-person shooter (FPS) aimed at the competitive eSports scene.

The new FPS game is called Valorant and it has quickly become popular.

Valorant is a tactical shooter similar to CS:GO – the most popular FPS game on the eSports scene.

If you want to bet on eSports, which let’s face it, is becoming wildly popular among gamers, you need a trusted bookie. When it comes to eSports, we always recommend PNXBet.

When Was Valorant Released?

Valorant’s closed beta started back in April on the PC and the full game was released on June 2nd.

At the time of publishing, Valorant remains exclusive to the PC, but it’s expected that Riot Games will offer the game on the PS4, Xbox One, iOS and Android, although nothing has been confirmed yet.

For the time being, players can only play on the PC with a Riot Games account.

How to Play Valorant – the Tactical Shooter From Riot Games.

Valorant is a 5v5 character-based tactical shooter.

I had the chance to finally play a few games of Valorant and there’s definitely a steep learning curve if you’re used to playing first-person shooters like Call of Duty or Overwatch.

Utilizing tactical combat strategies and teamwork are necessary to have success.

However, it’s a lot of fun to play and I recommend checking it out if you’re a PC gamer.

Just like in LoL, players select their character (Agent) prior to the start of the match and a teammate is unable to select an Agent that has already been chosen. The goal for a team is to win 13 rounds in a match to claim victory. Each team will be attackers for 12 rounds and defenders for 12 rounds.

The goal for the attacking team is to plant a bomb (Spike) at one of the bomb locations.

The defending team needs to protect the bomb sites and defuse the bomb if planted. Both teams can also win the round by eliminating the entire enemy team. In each round, players only have a single life and once you’re dead, you’re out of action until the next round.

With hundreds of excellent Valorant strategy guides on the internet, I’ll leave that up to the experts, but you should have at least an idea of how Valorant works before betting on this eSport.
