The Los Angeles Rams are now in L.A. and they have become one of the best teams in the league since moving from St. Louis. This franchise enters the 2022 season with some big expectations after winning the Super Bowl in 2021.
It’s extremely hard for NFL teams to repeat and win back-to-back Super Bowls, but that is the goal for the Rams in 2022.

The 2021 season could not have gone any better for the Los Angeles Rams, as they were able to go all the way and win the Super Bowl. Los Angeles was not one of the top two seeds in the NFC, but an upset win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers put them in the NFC Championship Game.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford led one of the most explosive offenses in football a year ago for the Rams, and Los Angeles also had a dominant defensive line.

The biggest losses for the Rams are going to come on the defensive side of the football. Von Miller signed a free agent deal with the Buffalo Bills, and cornerback Darious Williams has moved on as well.
There usually isn’t a ton of action when it comes to special teams play, but the Rams also saw punter Johnny Hekker move on and sign with the Carolina Panthers.

The Los Angeles Rams went out and added Allen Robinson at the wide receiver position, and there is a chance that this offense will be improved in 2022. Los Angeles was also able to convince Aaron Donald to return, and that defense can be disruptive.
Winning the Super Bowl means that the Rams have a challenging schedule in 2022, but they are able to win games in a variety of different ways.

The NFL schedule is always based on success from the year before, and that means that the Rams will face a tough challenge in 2022. For starters, playing all three teams from the NFC West Division twice will provide a battle.
The Rams are also going to play all four teams from the AFC West and NFC South Divisions. The final three games on the schedule for the Rams includes home games against the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys and a road game against the Green Bay Packers.

The Rams were able to catch lightning in a bottle a season ago to win the Super Bowl, but they can’t sneak around in 2022. Los Angeles is entering the season with much of the same roster, and some would argue that there is even more talent.
Life in the NFC West Division is going to be rough, but the Rams should be the best overall team. Look for Los Angeles to win the division yet again, and it’s going to take 11 wins to get that done.
