2023 XFL Week 2 Odds and Predictions

We’re going to predict every game for Week 2 of the 2023 XFL season.

In Week 1, Arlington defeated Vegas (22-20), Houston defeated Orlando (33-12), St. Louis defeated San Antonio (18-15) and DC defeated Seattle (22-18). Let’s jump into this week’s action.

St. Louis BattleHawks vs. Seattle Sea Dragons Picks

When: Thursday, February 23rd 2023 at 9:00 PM ET

Spread: BattleHawks +4 (-110) vs. Sea Dragons -4 (-110)

Total: 37.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 37.5 Points (-110)

The Sea Dragons (0-1) host the BattleHawks (1-0) tonight. A.J. McCarron went 18/26 for 190 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INTs in Week 1 for St. Louis. Austin Proehl had 4 receptions for 49 yards and 1 TD.

Seattle lost in Week 1, but the passing game looked good. Ben DiNucci went 35/54 for 282 yards and 1 TD, but he threw 2 INTs. Jahcour Jackson had 12 receptions for 95 yards in the loss.

DC Defenders vs. Vegas Vipers Picks

When: Saturday, February 25th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET

Spread: Defenders +3 (-110) vs. Vipers -3 (-110)

Total: Over 36 Points (-110) vs. Under 36 Points (-110)

DC (1-0) may have won in Week 1, but it was mainly due to turnovers by DiNucci. QB play is going to be rough in DC this season. They’ll need to rely on their defense and running the football.

Vegas (0-1) had a bad 2nd half and lost in Week 1. Luis Perez went 22/36 for 249 yards, 3 TDs and 2 INTs. Jeff Badet had 6 receptions for 81 yards and 2 TDs. Martavis Bryant struggled a bit.

Best Bet: Vipers -3 (-110)

San Antonio Brahmas vs. Orlando Guardians Picks

When: Sunday, February 26th 2023 at 4:00 PM ET

Spread: Brahmas -3.5 (-115) vs. Guardians +3.5 (-105)

Total: Over 38.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 38.5 Points (-110)

San Antonio (0-1) will look to bounce back after a Week 1 loss. QB Jack Coan went 25/36 for 207 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. He also lost a fumble and will need to clean up the turnovers in Week 2.

Orlando (0-1) lost by double-digits in Week 1. The Guardians started Paxton Lynch at QB, but he was pulled and Quinten Dormady came in. This week, Deondre Francois could start at QB.

Best Bet: Brahmas -3.5 (-115)

Arlington Renegades vs. Houston Roughnecks Picks

When: Sunday, February 26th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET

Spread: Renegade +4.5 (-110) vs. Roughnecks -4.5 (-110)

Total: Over 40 Points (-110) vs. Under 40 Points (-110)

Arlington (1-0) returned two INTs for touchdowns in a Week 1 win, but the offense only had three field goals. Drew Plitt went 19/25 for 172 yards and 1 INT. The offense will need to be better this weekend.

Houston (1-0) dominated in Week 1 and were the highest scoring team (33).Brandon Silvers had 272 passing yards and 2 TDs, but he also threw 2 INTs. Four players had 4+ receptions for the Roughnecks.
