We’re already heading into Week 6 of the 10-week XFL regular season.
The DC Defenders are now the only undefeated team left in the league. I ended up going 3-1 on my picks for Week 5, which brings my current streak to 13-3 run the last four weeks.
Sea Dragons vs. Guardians Picks for Week 6
When: Saturday, March 25th 2023 at 1:00 PM ET
Spread: Sea Dragons -8.5 (-110) vs. Guardians +8.5 (-110)
Total: Over 42 Points (-110) vs. Under 42 Points (-110)
The Seattle Sea Dragons (3-2) have won three games in a row, including last week against Houston. The Orlando Guardians (0-5) remain winless, but they did cover ATS last week against Vegas.
Seattle have the best passing offense (262.4 PYPG). They also have a +14 point differential, which ranks third in the XFL. Orlando have allowed the most points (30.4 PPG) and my best bet is on the over.

BattleHawks vs. Vipers Picks for Week 6
When: Saturday, March 25th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET
Spread: BattleHawks -3 (-110) vs. Vipers +3 (-110)
Total: Over 44 Points (-110) vs. Under 44 Points (-110)
The St. Louis BattleHawks (3-2) are coming off a loss against DC. The Vegas Vipers (1-4) finally won a game last week against Orlando. A.J. McCarron has 11 passing TDs and just 4 INTs for STL.
St. Louis are scoring 22.0 PPG (3rd), while Vegas are scoring 21.0 PPG (4th). The BattleHawks have played better defensively. This will be a close game, but I have the BattleHawks bouncing back.
Best Bet: BattleHawks -3 (-110)
Brahmas vs. Renegades Picks for Week 6
When: Sunday, March 26th 2023 at 3:00 PM ET
Spread: Brahmas +3 (-110) vs. Renegades -3 (-110)
Total: Over 32.5 Points (-110) vs. Under 32.5 Points (-110)
The San Antonio Brahmas (1-4) have lost three consecutive games. The Arlington Renegades (3-2) are 2nd place in the XFL South Division. Arlington are only allowing 17.2 PPG (6th).
The problem with the Renegades has been the offense. They’re only scoring 13.8 PPG (8th). San Antonio are only scoring 14.8 PPG (7th). Last week, Arlington defeated the Brahmas (12-10) on the road.
Best Bet: Renegades -3 (-110)
Roughnecks vs. Defenders Picks for Week 6
When: Monday, March 27th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET
Spread: Roughnecks +2.5 (-110) vs. Defenders -2.5 (-110)
Total: Over 42 Points (-110) vs. Under 42 Points (-110)
The Houston Roughnecks (4-1) are coming off their first loss of the season. The DC Defenders (5-0) are still undefeated. Houston are scoring 27.2 PPG (1st) and DC are scoring 26.8 PPG (2nd).
The Roughnecks also rank 1st in points allowed (15.2 PPG), while DC allow 18.0 PPG (5th). I expect the offenses to take the lead in this game and both teams will score 21+ points.
