By contrast, the Lions have won five of their previous six games, winning by at least eight points on three occasions. With that in mind, we like the look of the Detroit +7.5 bet.

No player has achieved more touchdowns than Christian McCaffrey this season. After scoring 21 in 16 regular-season games, the San Francisco running back notched two TDs against the Packers last time out.

Granted, odds of -330 are nothing to write home about. However, when you consider that McCaffrey averages 1.4 touchdowns per game this season, backing him to score a TD at any time makes a lot of sense.

Only eight players racked up more rushing yards than David Montgomery during that regular season. The Detroit running back registered 1,015 rushing yards across 14 appearances, averaging 72.5 per game.
