NFL Week 4 Predictions – Against the Spread
Here are my top three point spread NFL Week 4 predictions:
Best Bet: Jacksonville Jaguars -3 (-110)
The Falcons (2-1 / 1-2 ATS) and Jaguars (1-2 / 1-2 ATS) will play in London this week. The Jags are only 4-5 in London games, but they need to win this game after losing two in a row. Atlanta are a run-first team that will struggle to move the football against the Jaguars run defense (84.0 RYPG – 7th).
Best Bet: Denver Broncos -3 (-110)
The Broncos (0-3 / 0-3 ATS) have been horrendous to start the season. The Bears (0-3 / 0-3 ATS) haven’t been any better. One of these teams will pick up a win and I’m backing the Broncos. Both teams are weak against the pass, but Russell Wilson has looked better than Justin Fields in early action.
Best Bet: Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 (-110)
Cincinnati (1-2 / 0-2-1 ATS) have had a slow start to the season, but Joe Burrow has started to look better in the pass game. Ja’Marr Chase exploded last week as well. The Titans (1-2 / 2-1 ATS) have been one of the worst teams against the pass (275.3 PYPG – 28th). Cincy will throw the football all over them.
NFL Week 4 Predictions – Game Totals
Here are my top three over/under NFL Week 4 predictions:
Best Bet: Dolphins vs. Bills Under 53.5 Points (-110)
Miami (3-0) and Buffalo (2-1) will meet in an AFC East battle on Sunday. The Dolphins have gone over in two games and just scored 70 points last week. Buffalo have an O/U record of 1-2. The Bills are allowing 142.3 PYPG (3rd) and should be able to limit the production of the Dolphins offense in this matchup.
Best Bet: Ravens vs. Browns Under 39.5 Points (-110)
The Ravens (2-1) and Browns (2-1) have an over/under record of 1-2 to begin the season. Both of these offenses are struggling to put up points. They also play excellent defense. The Browns are only allowing 10.7 PPG (1st) and the Ravens are allowing 18.3 PPG (8th). This is a low total, but it’ll stay under.
Best Bet: Commanders vs. Eagles Over 43 Points (-110)
Washington (2-1) and Philadelphia (3-0) will meet in an NFC East matchup. There will be plenty of points in this matchup. The Eagles are scoring 28.0 PPG (7th) and they’ve scored 20+ points in each of the last four H2H games against the Commanders. Washington will score enough points for this game to go over.
