Best NFL Week 7 Predictions

We’re back with our NFL Week 7 predictions. The Jaguars defeated the Saints (31-24) on TNF to kick off the week. This Jacksonville team is legit and they could make some noise in the NFL playoffs.

These are my top three NFL Week 7 predictions for the point spread market:

Best Bet: Miami Dolphins +3

The Dolphins (5-1 / 5-1 ATS) have been on fire offensively this season. The Eagles (5-1 / 3-2-1 ATS) have played a weak SOS and are coming off a loss against the Jets (20-14). Miami are scoring 37.2 PPG (1st) and the Eagles are scoring 25.8 PPG (5th). I like the Dolphins to win and getting +3 points is a bonus.

Best Bet: Detroit Lions +3

Here’s another small road underdog I like. The Lions (5-1 / 5-1 ATS) have won four games in a row and are 3-0 on the road. The Ravens (4-2 / 4-2 ATS) are 1-1 at home. Baltimore’s offense averages 144.8 RYPG (5th), but the Lions are only allowing 64.7 RYPG (1st). The Lions are scoring 28.0 PPG (4th).

Best Bet: Los Angeles Rams -3

The Rams (3-3 / 4-1-1 ATS) host the Steelers (3-2 / 3-2 ATS) in NFL Week 7. The Rams are scoring 23.0 PPG (12th), while the Steelers are scoring 15.8 PPG (30th). Pittsburgh allow 245.6 PYPG (25th). I expect Matthew Stafford to have a big game against this defense, especially with Cooper Kupp producing.

Here are my top three NFL Week 7 predictions for the game totals market:

Best Bet: Raiders vs. Bears Over 37.5 Points

We have a Brian Hoyer vs. Tyson Bagent QB battle in this game, but I’m still betting the over. The Bears (1-5) have gone over in five of six games because of a weak defense. Chicago allow 29.3 PPG (T29). The Raiders (3-3) need to find a way to get Davante Adams more involved in the offense this week.

Best Bet: Packers vs. Broncos Over 45 Points

The Packers (2-3) and Broncos (1-5) are both on a two-game losing streak. GB are allowing 22.6 PPG (22nd) and the Broncos are allowing 33.3 PPG (32nd). Neither team can stop the run. The Packers are allowing 143.4 RYPG (28th) and the Broncos are allowing 172.3 RYPG (32nd).

Best Bet: Chargers vs. Chiefs Over 48 Points

The Chargers (2-3) and Chiefs (5-1) are used to playing each other. Since 2021, these teams have had five H2H games and all of them have had 51+ points. The Chargers are scoring 25.4 PPG (7th) and the Chiefs are scoring 24.5 PPG (10th). The Chargers are allowing a league-worst 289.0 PYPG.
