The Los Angeles Chargers (3-2) host the Denver Broncos (2-3) on Monday Night Football.

NFL Bookies

These two AFC West rivals are familiar with each other. The home team is 5-0 in the last five H2H games and the under is 8-1 in the last nine H2H meetings when the Chargers are the home team.

Here are the top five player props picks for the Monday Night Football match-up:

Russell Wilson Over 229.5 Passing Yards (-115)

Wilson has struggled in Denver this season. However, he still has thrown for 230+ passing yards in three of five games, including the last two games. He’ll want to have a strong performance on primetime.

The Chargers defense allows 237.8 PYPG (20th), so Wilson should be able to produce. Melvin Gordon is questionable. If he doesn’t suit up or is limited, Wilson will need to air it out more often.

NFL Betting Lines

Courtland Sutton Over 65.5 Receiving Yards (-130)

Sutton leads the Broncos in receptions (29), targets (46) and receiving yards (417). He has had more than 66 receiving yards in four of five games this season. His worst output was 52 receiving yards.

Wilson is going to target his #1 WR a lot in this game. This could end up being a shootout if both QBs can get going. If Sutton gets 10+ targets, he should easily cash this player prop bet.

Austin Ekeler Over 60.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

To defeat the Broncos, you need to have an effective run game. The Broncos rank 1st in passing yards allowed (176.6 PYPG), but they rank 14th in rushing yards allowed (112.4 RYPG).

Ekeler has struggled to start the season, but he’s coming off a huge game. He rushed for 173 yards and 1 TD against the Browns. It was the first time he rushed for 61+ yards this season.

LAC needs to get the football in the hands of Ekeler early and often on MNF.

NFL Predictions

Eric Saubert Under 1.5 Receptions (+100)

The Broncos have been using a platoon at the TE position this season. Saubert is banged up and listed as questionable, but is expected to suit up. If he does play, he’s unlikely to produce much.

Saubert had a big game against the Colts, hauling in 5 receptions. However, that was the first game he had multiple receptions. Wilson will find success downfield, so won’t need to target Saubert much.

Jerry Jeudy to Score a Touchdown (+220)

Jeudy hasn’t jumped out to a fast start, but he does have 2 receiving TDs. He only has 14 receptions for 236 yards, but he’s capable of breaking loose. He has 4 receptions for 20+ yards.

He’s also a big target when the Broncos get into the redzone. Look for Jeudy to find the endzone at least once on Monday night. He won’t have a huge game, but Wilson will find him for a touchdown.
