The Arizona Cardinals ended up pulling off a much-needed win last week. After beating the New Orleans Saints, they’ll head to Minnesota to face the Vikings. The good news for the Cardinals is the Vikings defense has struggled this season. If they can take advantage of that, they might be able to win this game.
The Minnesota Vikings are 5-1 and coming off of a bye week. This team has played pretty well and first-year head coach Kevin O’Connell has a good hold on his team. Minnesota is currently leading the NFC North and another win would help cement this position.

To win this game, the Vikings are going to have to play better defense. Through the season, this is something they’ve really struggled with. Minnesota is allowing over 400 total yards per game, but they’re only giving up 19.7 points per game.

During the bye week, the Minnesota Vikings likely took a look at their defense. The question is, will it be enough to stop Kyler Murray and the Cardinals? Murray has always posed a problem to opposing defenses and we don’t think this game will change that. The Cardinals have a chance to win two games in a row and they can’t afford to squander it.
They come into this game as 3.5-point underdogs, a spread that we definitely like. In history, the Cardinals haven’t done well against the Vikings, going 1-2 in their last three meetings. Look for them to even it up when they face the Vikings in week 8.
