Week 5 of the college football season is full of some terrific matchups. Not only are there some great moneyline betting opportunities, but you can find some great against the spread bets as well.
Here are five of the best college football Week 5 ATS predictions for games played on Saturday.
Arkansas Razorbacks at Georgia Bulldogs

Arkansas is off to its best start in years at 4-0, but they travel to Athens, Georgia, on Saturday for a matchup with the 4-0 Bulldogs. Both teams are hoping to stay in the SEC title race, but this is a massive spread for two Top 10 teams.
Georgia is winning this game, and that defense has been absolutely dominant this season. The Bulldogs are giving up just 5.8 points per game, but Arkansas will find a way to put up some points on Saturday.
An 18.5-point spread is pretty disrespectful to a 4-0 team, and Arkansas will make this game a battle. Look for Arkansas to keep this within a two-score game, and taking the Razorbacks +18.5 is the right way to go.
Michigan Wolverines at Wisconsin Badgers

The Michigan Wolverines are back in the Top 25 after roaring out to a perfect 4-0 start, but they face a huge test against the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday. Wisconsin is just 1-2 on the year, but both losses have come against Top 10 opponents.
Michigan is averaging over 40 points per game, but Wisconsin is allowing just 21 points per game. The Wolverines have plenty of offensive talent, but it will be hard to move the ball in this one.
Look for Wisconsin to use its rushing attack to control the tempo in this game, and that should allow the Badgers to take control. Wisconsin is winning this game and ending the perfect season for the Michigan Wolverines.
Texas Longhorns at TCU Horned Frogs

Texas and TCU meet up for a Big 12 Conference matchup on Saturday, and this should be a game that is filled with scoring. Texas just scored 70 points in their most recent game, and TCU is scoring over 37 points per game.
This season, Texas has done most of its damage on the ground, and TCU has given up over 180 rushing yards per game. This will be a problem for the Horned Frogs, and it should allow Texas to dominate the time of possession.
This should be a competitive game, but it will be Texas that takes control. Bet on the Longhorns -5.0 to take control of this Big 12 Conference matchup.
Cincinnati Bearcats at Notre Dame Fighting Irish

One of the most anticipated games this weekend will take place in South Bend, Indiana, as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are slight underdogs in a matchup against the Cincinnati Bearcats. Both teams are currently in the AP Top 10, and the winner of this game will pick up a massive victory.
Notre Dame quarterback Jack Coan is expected to suit up after suffering an injury in the win over Wisconsin. Coan has thrown for 986 yards this season, and that includes nine touchdowns.
Cincinnati has given up just 15 points per game this season, but that unit will be in for a tough test on Saturday. The Bearcats are going to need quarterback Desmond Ridder to have a monster game.
It’s been a great run for Cincinnati, but Notre Dame wins this game outright.
Syracuse Orange at Florida State Seminoles

The Florida State Seminoles are still looking for their first win of the season after getting off to a 4-0 start. There is no better opportunity on the schedule for Florida State than in a Week 5 home game against the Syracuse Orange.
This game will feature two of the best running backs in the ACC, and running the ball will be the strategy for each team. Sean Tucker has racked up 536 yards for Syracuse, while Jashaun Corbin has 439 yards for the Seminoles.
Florida State has some real problems on defense, but that unit should play well enough on Saturday. Take the Seminoles -4.5 over the Syracuse Orange in this ACC showdown.
