Here are the top five NFL player props picks for the Colts vs. Broncos week 5 tilt:

Matt Ryan Under 234.5 Passing Yards (-115)

Ryan was supposed to be the answer the Colts were looking for at QB, however, he has struggled during the early part of the season. Ryan has thrown for 1125 yards, 5 TDs and 5 INTs.

The Broncos only allow 170.8 PYPG (5th) and will be playing at home.Ryan has thrown for 350+ yards twice, but he has been held to well under 235 yards in the other two games.

Part of the problem is that the Colts lack much depth at WR/TE. Bet on the under.

NFL Lines

Mo Alie-Cox Over 18.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Alie-Cox hasn’t been targeted much this season by Ryan, but that changed last week. Alie-Cox hauled in 6 receptions on 6 targets for 85 yards and 2 TDs. That should earn him more targets going forward.

With Jonathan Taylor either out or limited this week, Ryan will need someone to check it down to when the Broncos put pressure on him. Alie-Cox only needs a few short receptions to cash this prop bet.

Courtland Sutton Over 63.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Sutton has been doing most of the damage for the Broncos passing attack. Sutton leads the Broncos in receptions (24), receiving yards (343) and 20+ receiving yard plays (5).

He’s capable of breaking loose and picking up big gains through the air. The Colts only allow 207.5 PYPG (10th), but Russell Wilson will find a way to get his #1 WR involved on primetime.

NFL Picks

Brandon McManus Over 1.5 Field Goals Made (-110)

McManus has converted 8/10 field goals this season. He opened the season going 3/4 and 3/3 on FGs, but the offense has struggled the last two weeks to get into field goal range.

The Colts have a solid defense, but they’re allowing 1.8 field goal attempts per game (18th). This is likely going to be a low-scoring game and it could be the field goal kickers that decide the winner.

Russell Wilson Under 0.5 Interceptions (-125)

Wilson has struggled in Denver. He has thrown for only 980 yards and 4 TDs. It’s not really a lack of weapons, but he’s still getting used to his new team and his numbers have taken a hit.

However, one thing Wilson has done well is protect the football. Wilson has thrown 1 INT this season and that was week 2 against the Texans. This prop has cashed in three of the Broncos games already.
