These two NFC East rivals are familiar with each other. Five of the last seven games have gone over the game total, so we should expect points in this match-up. Let’s take a look at the top player props to bet.

Here are the top five NFL player props picks for the Cowboys vs. Giants MNF week 3 match-up:

CeeDee Lamb Over 51.5 Receiving Yards (-125)

In Cooper Rush’s first start of the season, he targeted Lamb 11 times. Lamb hauled in 7 receptions for 75 yards. There’s a good chance Rush will lean on Lamb in the passing game again this week.

The Giants are only allowing 197.5 PYPG (10th), but Lamb will get his opportunities. With such a low line on this prop bet, Lamb could exceed the total with a single catch if he can break loose on a play.

NFL Odds Tonight

Ezekiel Elliott Under 2.5 Receptions (-180)

Elliott is rarely involved in the Cowboys passing attack. In week 1, he had 1 catch for -3 yards and in week 2 he had 1 catch for -4 yards. Tony Pollard is the RB utilized in the passing game.

Elliott may catch another pass in week 3 on MNF, but it’s unlikely he catches three. We need to pay up a bit to take this bet at -180, but it’s worth the risk based on how the first couple weeks have gone.

Saquon Barkley Over 77.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Barkley had a monster week 1, rushing for 164 yards and 1 TD on only 18 carries. In week 2, he was held in check. He rushed for 72 yards on 21 carries against the Panthers.

The Cowboys are allowing 120.5 RYPG (19th). The Giants will want to establish the run early on. Barkley is going to get a lot of touches and he should find running room against the Cowboys defensive front.

NFL Picks Tonight

Daniel Jones Under 200.5 Passing Yards (-115)

Jones has been efficient this season and he has only thrown 1 INT, but he isn’t airing it out. Jones ended up throwing for 188 yards against the Titans and 176 yards against the Panthers.

The Cowboys have a solid secondary. They’ve only allowed 180 PYPG (6th). That’s with games against Tom Brady and Joe Burrow. It’s unlikely Jones will throw for 200+ yards with his receiving unit.

Cooper Rush Under 19.5 Pass Completions (-120)

Rush went 19/31 for 235 yards and 1 TD against the Bengals last week. The Giants have been strong against the pass this season and I expect the Cowboys to try and establish the run game.

Apart from Lamb, the Cowboys WR unit is weak. Noah Brown has started the season well, but he isn’t a huge threat. Rush will struggle to complete passes on the road against the Giants secondary.
