Last week was an awesome week for our NBA handicappers, seeing our highest combined win percentage yet.
Check out which cappers made the most, and which ones had a tough time climbing to the top. Plus see what we’re wagering in NBA week 5.
William Taylor Profits With Spreads
During our last recap, we saw Dan Jones win a lot of money betting NBA spreads, and now William Taylor has taken up the mantle.
Taylor was 4-0 last week, with exclusively -110 spreads. All of his wagers were pretty reasonable, and it’s clear Taylor has a methodical approach to NBA betting.
Expanding the date range, we see that he’s 8-2 in the past 14 days, and 15-7 since the season started. So he’s doing well overall, but only time will tell if he can keep this current winning streak up.
Top NBA Handicappers Last Week
Last week was a slow one for NBA handicappers, but a profitable one nevertheless.
Collectively, our top 5 cappers went 20-3 for an awesome 86.9% win rate. Together, they won $1,670 in profit.
Jimmy Liu Was Close to Greatness
Jimmy Liu is one of our leading handicappers, and last week he was close to taking the #1 spot away from William Taylor.
If it wasn’t for the spread on the Wizards, he would have had a flawless week and taken our top spot. Alas, the +14 still wasn’t enough to help the Wizards.
What We’re Watching This Week:
Tonight there’s a Paces vs Rockets game, and a lot of our handicappers are betting the Rockets spread -6 or -6.5. Right now, the Pacers are 6-8 while the Rockets are 10-5, so there’s a clear favorite here. But, upsets are possible, for sure. If the Pacers play heavy defense, some cappers might be sweating.
Friday, the Warriors play the Pelicans, which is probably going to be a good opportunity for totals and even moneyline, as the Warriors are heavy favorites going into that game.
