Following another weekend of memorable basketball, the NBA action continues this Monday, March 27th. With eight games on today’s schedule, there are plenty of betting opportunities to take advantage of. Why not explore my top five NBA player props picks for Monday?
Khris Middleton – Over 5.5 Assists (-110)
It’s first against last in the Eastern Conference on Monday, as the high-flying Milwaukee Bucks take on the lowly Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena. Naturally, I’m backing the Bucks to extend their lead at the summit with a straightforward victory over the Pistons.
Khris Middleton has registered 5+ assists in each of his previous eight outings, while he notched 10 assists against the San Antonio Spurs last week. With struggling Detroit up next, Middleton looks set to achieve over 5.5 assists on Monday.
Kyrie Irving – Under 28.5 Points (-125)
Mavericks vs. Pacers Predictions
Kyrie Irving has missed four of the past eight games due to a foot injury and the Dallas Mavericks have managed to pick up just two wins during that period. As a result, the Mavericks have slipped to 11th place in the Western Conference.
Irving returned to action at the end of last week, scoring 18 points in back-to-back games against the Charlotte Hornets. The 31-year-old has struggled for consistency in recent times, so I expect him to record under 28.5 points against the Indiana Pacers.
Julius Randle – Over 26.5 Points (-120)
Rockets vs. Knicks Predictions
Thanks to an impressive run of performances, Julius Randle now averages 25.4 points this season. Let’s not forget that Randle chalked up a whopping 57 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves last week before scoring 23 against the Orlando Magic last time out.
On Monday, Randle’s New York Knicks host the Houston Rockets, who find themselves rock bottom of the Western Conference with a record of 18-57. With that in mind, I’m confident that Randle will bag over 26.5 points at Madison Square Garden.
Devin Booker – Over 4.5 Rebounds (-145)
Although the Phoenix Suns have lost three of their last four games – and six of their previous eight – Devin Booker has remained consistent. Indeed, the 26-year-old guard has continued to rack up points, rebounds and assists at a rapid rate.
After notching six rebounds against the Los Angeles Lakers, Booker added eight to his tally against the Sacramento Kings. Having registered 4+ rebounds in five of his previous seven appearances, Booker should notch over 4.5 rebounds against the Utah Jazz on Monday.
Jamal Murray – Over 20.5 Points (-105)
The Denver Nuggets host the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday, and all eyes will be on the battle between Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid. However, there is plenty of betting value to be found elsewhere when it comes to this game.
Denver’s Jamal Murray has chalked up 25+ points in three of his last four outings, scoring 26 against the Milwaukee Bucks last time out. Since the 76ers have lost three of their previous four games, I can see Murray heaping more misery on Philly.
