NCAA Football Teaser Picks for Week 10

Week ten is a week with plenty of close spreads, and that means it’s a great week for CFB teasers. Let’s get into some of the best spots of the week.

NCAA Football 6-Point Teaser Picks for Week 10

Ohio State vs. Nebraska Predictions

Best Bet: Ohio State (-8.5)

The Cornhuskers have been very pesky in big games this season. However, I think that run ends here as Nebraska just cannot compete here on defense. We have seen the Buckeyes absolutely obliterate defenses that don’t have the requisite talent, and that is the case here.

We haven’t seen a bad team that can score, but Ohio State will continue to score over and over here if they have to. We can get through 9, 10, 13, and 14 here, so it’s a great number.

Auburn vs. Texas A&M Predictions

Best Bet: Auburn (+10.5)

Auburn has been playing good football as of late, and it’s truly coming from their veteran QB Bo Nix finally living up to some of the expectations that had been placed on him since his freshman year. Texas A&M has looked great since that Alabama upset, but the quality of the opponent isn’t great, and I think Auburn is basically a toss-up on a neutral site.

Wake Forest vs. North Carolina Predictions

Best Bet: Wake Forest (+8.5)

This is just a high-flying, close game where we get through great key numbers of 3 and 7. I have been on the Sam Hartman train since he was in high school, and it’s finally paying off.

While I think that Wake is more than gettable, I also think they’re going to score with any team on their schedule, and that is the case here. If this team does get blown out, it happens from UNC scoring 50, and I just can’t get behind that.

NCAA Football 10-Point Teaser Picks for Week 10

Penn State vs. Maryland Predictions

Best Bet: Penn State (-0.5)

We get to tease through a bunch of great numbers and take the wildly more talented team in a pick’em. The biggest concern here is the letdown after the Ohio State loss and a three-game losing streak.

However, Penn State is the second most talented team in the Big Ten, and I think that shows up here. I think Penn State has 13 of the best 15 players in this game, and that is just something I cannot ignore.

Liberty vs. Ole Miss Predictions

Best Bet: Ole Miss (+0.5)

I never want to tease a team through 0, but I’ll give up the equity here where I have to to get the better team at a pick’em. Ole Miss has been a bit banged up in recent years, and they have paid for that in each and every game.

Now, they head into a game with Liberty where the team just isn’t as talented, and I don’t think Liberty will take advantage of the backups as much as some recent SEC opponents could.

Navy vs. Notre Dame Predictions

Best Bet: Navy (+31)

This is not a typical teaser play this year, but I’m just going to challenge Notre Dame to beat a service academy team by 31 because it’s not easy to do. Navy had a rough week 1, but it was a VERY fluke result, and since then, they just keep games close enough. I don’t need a great showing, we just need ND to kick a few FGs this week, and it’ll be hard to cover a number this big against a team that drains the clock.
