UCF (3-2, 1-4-0 ATS) @ #3 Cincinnati (5-0, 4-1-0 ATS)
UCF vs. Cincinnati Predictions
Odds: UCF +21, ML +800/-1400, O/U 57.5
When: 11:00 AM ET: ABC
Where: Nippert Stadium, Cincinnati, OH
The Cincinnati Bearcats have an opportunity to bring something special to the program. These guys are really good! It may sound simplistic but remember, this is Cincinnati we are talking about, and football, not basketball. The problem for the Bearcats is strength of schedule, they will not play another ranked team until their meet and greet with SMU on November 20th. What they do now matters in a big way. UCF is not what many had hoped and showing up for this one will be a tall order. The Bearcats have more than enough offense, and a shut the door defense, they will be ready and cover the 21.
Best Bets: Cincinnati -21 and Under 57.5
#10 Michigan State (6-0, 4-1-1 ATS) @ Indiana (2-3, 1-4-0 ATS)
Michigan State vs. Indiana Predictions
Odds: Michigan -4.5, ML -190/+160, O/U 48.5
Where: Memorial Stadium, Bloomington, IN
When: 11:00 AM ET FS1
We love Michigan State! Every year it’s the same, as much as we love this teams chances, they always find a way to bungle the season. It certainly doesn’t help them, knowing what conference they play in. It’s downright hard to pick on any program that plays in the Big Ten. The Spartans are scoring 36.7 ppg and allowing 19.3. The Hoosiers are not chopped liver, just one big chunk! Ha, no offense Hoosiers fans but we all know how this one ends. The program has taken a step back over the past couple of years.
Best Bets: Michigan State -4.5 and Over 48.5
#12 Oklahoma State (5-0, 3-2-0 ATS) @ #25 Texas (4-2, 4-2-0 ATS)
Oklahoma State vs. Texas Predictions
Odds: Oklahoma State +4, ML +160/-190, O/U 60
Where: DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium, Austin, TX
When: 11:00 AM ET FOX
The Oklahoma State Cowboys have gone and done it again… Found themselves hovering around the top 10. Can they break it? YES, they can, however, they must find a way past the Longhorns down in Austin. The +4 the Cowboys are being given, seems like a gift, when speaking of the 12th ranked team in the nation, especially considering they are playing the 25th ranked team. The edge in this one has to be given to the Cowboys. The Longhorns have also done it again – disappointed!
Best Bets: Oklahoma State +4 and Over 60
Auburn (4-2, 3-3-0 ATS) @ #17 Arkansas (4-2, 5-1-0 ATS)
Auburn vs. Arkansas Predictions
Odds: Auburn +4.5, ML +170/-200, O/U 54
Where: Razorback Stadium, Fayetteville, AR
When: 11:00 AM ET CBS
It is a rare thing indeed to see the Razorbacks favored against Auburn. This Arkansas team may not be what anybody expected. These guys are good and getting better. Last week’s loss to Ole Miss was a tough one but one that taught some lessons and especially on the defensive side of the football. Auburn comes in scoring 35 ppg but allowing 19.2, The Hogs are scoring 32.3, and allowing 24.5 per game. This number must come down and we think it will this week. Look for the Hogs to nail it down.
Best Bet: Arkansas -4.5 and Under 54
#20 Florida (4-2, 3-3-0 ATS) @ LSU (3-3, 2-4-0 ATS)
Odds: Florida -11.5, ML -450/+350 O/U 59.5
Where: Tiger Stadium, (LA) Baton Rouge, LA
When: 11:00 AM ET ESPN
The Gators took care of business last week and covered 39 points just as we thought they would. That was then, this is now, can they do it again but this time against a bitter rival in LSU? The Gators are a good football team and the fundamentals, well, they are fundamental. Beyond the fundamentals, they are nothing special, but then again, great fundamentals win games, and beat very good teams. We don’t see it this week and LSU is not as bad as they may have seemed at times.
Best Bets: LSU +11.5
#21 Texas A&M (4-2, 3-3-0 ATS) @ Missouri (3-3, 0-6-0 ATS)
Texas A&M vs. Missouri Predictions
Odds: Texas A&M -8.5, ML -350/+280, O/U 59.5
Where: Memorial Stadium, Columbia, MO
When: 11:00 AM ET SECN
The Aggies have done what only seven other teams have done since 2015, beat Alabama! The Tide has only lost 7 in the last six seasons and one of those was to this team. Does this mean anything? You had better believe it does. The Aggies have dialed it up in a big way and they are a force to contend with. If you are thinking of the recent success in Columbia, don’t! The Tigers are not that team. Vegas is leaning cautious in this one with -8.5. Lay it, all day and call us in the morning!
Best Bets: Texas A&M -8.5 and Over 59.5
#11 Kentucky (6-0, 5-1-0 ATS) @ #1 Georgia (6-0, 5-1-0 ATS)
Kentucky vs. Georgia Predictions
Odds: Kentucky +21.5, ML +1100/-2400, O/U 44.5
Where: Sanford Stadium, Athens, GA
When: 2:30 PM ET CBS
Don’t sleep on Kentucky! This team is talented, and they have proven it with some big wins over LSU, Florida, and South Carolina. Can they win this game? Probably not, so don’t grab the deed to the house and scramble down to the bank! We are not suggesting that Kentucky wins this game, however, they do have the ability to keep it close. The problem for the Wildcats and any opponent, is Georgia’s defense. Georgia would have an elite defense against the Detroit Lions!
Best Bets: Kentucky +21.5 and Under 44.5
Purdue (3-2, 2-3-0 ATS) @ #2 Iowa (6-0, 5-1-0 ATS)
Odds: Purdue +11.5, ML +360/+475, O/U 43
Where: Kinnick Stadium, Iowa City, IA
When: 2:30 PM ET ABC
Purdue has shown some recent promise and the program is certainly on the rise, but not today! They are looking at an old-fashioned butt kicking in this one, it’s going to be ugly. Iowa has double everything that Purdue has, they pursue like madmen, they pound the rock down your throat, and they shut down any offense. This will be a low scoring affair and Purdue has no chance.
Best Bets: Iowa -11.5 and Under 43
#19 BYU (5-1, 3-3-0 ATS) @ Baylor (5-1, 4-2-0 ATS)
Odds: BYU +6, ML +190/-230, O/U 50.5
Where: McLane Stadium, Waco, TX
When: 2:30 PM ET ESPN
BYU’s stock took a big hit with last week’s loss to Boise State, and you know what… Baylor is playing well. The Bears would be 6-0 had it not been for the loss in Stillwater. BYU has beaten two ranked teams, as has Baylor. As much as we like Baylor’s offense, we like BYU to rebound in a big way. This game will be more of a defensive battle rather than an offensive show. Look for a low score and look for BYU to shut down a potent offense. Good teams ad\just and BYU will do exactly that.
Best Bets: BYU -6 and Under 50.5
#5 Alabama (5-1, 3-3-0 ATS) @ Mississippi State (5-1, 3-3-0 ATS)
Alabama vs. Mississippi State Predictions
Odds: Alabama -17, ML -900/+600, O/U 58
Where: Davis Wade Stadium, Starkville, MS
When: 6:00 PM ET ESPN
Can Alabama be beaten two weeks consecutively? No. Can Alabama rebound from last weeks loss to the Aggies, and cover? YES, and they will. We love SEC matchups because they are tough but not today. Nick is furious and he won’t be embarrassed twice. Rogers puts up big numbers and normally, his stat line would be a tough one to beat… have you seen Youngs stat line? 20 TD’s, and 3 INT’s. To boot, Robinson has put together 526 yards on the ground. State has no chance in this game and Alabama will run away.
Best Bets: Alabama -17 and Over 58
TCU (3-2, 1-3-1 ATS) @ #4 Oklahoma (6-0, 2-4-0 ATS)
Odds: TCU +13.5, ML +400/-550, O/U 64
Where: Memorial Stadium, Norman, Oklahoma
When: 6:30 PM ET ABC
The Horned Frogs would like nothing more than to take a big dump in their in-state-rivals, birthday cake. Don’t hold your breath! In recent years, this would have been more than a remote possibility, that was another place in time. TCU has not progressed, and Oklahoma has done the opposite. This Oklahoma team has heart, passion, and a huge chip on their shoulder. They proved it against Texas in Dallas last week, and they will have no problem with a TCU team that’s simply not the same as it once was. This one will be a barnburner so look for the over and an Oklahoma victory.
Best Bets: Oklahoma -13.5 and Over 64
#13 Ole Miss (4-1, 2-2-1 ATS) @ Tennessee (4-2, 3-3-0 ATS)
Ole Miss vs. Tennessee Predictions
Odds: Ole Miss -2.5, ML -140/+120, O/U 83
Where: Nyland Stadium, Knoxville, TN
When: 6:30 PM ET SECN
Traditionally, Knoxville is a difficult place to pick up a win, however, Peyton Manning has left the building! Well, in fairness, the program has been great since Peyton, but you get the picture. Ole Miss stands in the Vol’s way today and it’s safe to say they pick up a win. We love, love, love, -2.5. Listen, nothing is easy, and the Vol’s will absolutely show up, however, they will run out of gas late and Ole Miss will easily win going away. This will be a back and forth affair that sees both sides lighting up the offense.
Best Bets: Ole Miss -2.5 and Over 83
#22 NC State (4-1, 3-2-0 ATS) @ Boston College (4-1, 4-1-0 ATS)
NC State vs. Boston College Predictions
Odds: NC State -3, ML -150/+130, O/U 52
Where: Alumni Stadium, Chestnut Hill, MA
When: 6:30 PM ET ACCN
NC State is working it at 4-1 with some swag, (Clemson) Where did this come from? Here’s the thing, so is Boston College, with a near win in Clemson. These guys have to be given some credit. We get that neither team has a difficult schedule minus the Clemson Tigers, having said that, what makes NC State #22 and Boston College unranked? This is a head scratcher and one that can’t be ignored. The team stats are neck and neck. Leary is certainly having a better year than Grosel, however, he knows his role and it’s working.
Best Bets: NC State +3 and Under 52
#18 Arizona State (5-1, 3-3-0 ATS) @ Utah (3-2, 1-4-0 ATS)
Arizona State vs. Utah Predictions
Odds: Arizona State/Utah, Even -110, O/U 51
Where: Rice-Eccles Stadium, Salt Lake City, UT
When: 9:00 PM ET ESPN
This game will be a fun way to cap the night. Utah has enough talent to keep up with Arizona State and they will. We must go with AS on the ground. White has put together 77 carries for 421 yards and 9 TD’s. The Sun Devils are allowing a TD less per game with 16.2 ppg allowed. That’s significant enough for us to back them in this game, however, this one is in Utah and AZ invariably loses one they should win, every single year. For this reason, we are sticking with the home team.
Best Bets: Arizona State and Under 51
