Once again, it’s those Bears playing into the mix in Week 10. Here are Coach’s best NFL Week 10 teaser picks (Learn How to Bet on Teasers).
Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots Picks
Spread: Ravens -7 / Tease: Ravens -1
Remember when the Patriots were 2-1? The whole Cam Newton thing had everyone fooled. Fast forward a few weeks and New England has won just one more game and now sits at 3-5.
The Patriots have the fourth-most turnovers in the NFL, have a bottom-10 run defense, and rank in the bottom-5 in passing yards. Minus Tom Brady, this Patriots team is simply not any good.
Their opponent in Week 10, Baltimore, is very good. Quarterback Lamar Jackson gives the Ravens one of the best rushing attacks in the league. Baltimore also has the NFL’s best defense. They lead the league against the run and in scoring defense.
The question isn’t whether Baltimore will beat New England. It’s just a matter of how bad. Teasing the Ravens to -1 makes this an easy choice for this week’s teaser.

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears Picks
Spread: Bears +2.5 / Tease: Bears +8.5
Ahh, the Bears. Coach Rick just can’t get enough of Chicago’s ability to keep game’s close. The Bears have a very good defense. The problem, of course, is that they can’t run the football and score. Chicago is dead last in the league in rushing (82.3 yards per game) and only scores 19.8 points a game.
Despite having given up 12 more points than they have scored all season, Chicago is 5-4 overall and still has a good chance of playing in the postseason.
They will take on Minnesota at home on Monday night. The Bears have beaten the Vikings in four straight. Two of those games were decided by five points or fewer.
Chicago will have to slow down Minnesota RB Dalvin Cook, but the likes of Khalil Mack and Roquan Smith can make that happen. If so, the Bears keep another game close and make this 8.5-point teaser a winner.
Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams Picks
Spread: Seahawks +1.5 / Tease: Seahawks +7.5
The Seahawks lost a tough one on the road last week, but Seattle does very well as a road underdog coming off a loss. Despite being a game ahead of their opponent – the Rams – in the NFC West Seattle is a 1.5-point underdog.
That’s okay because road underdogs have a history of performing well against the spread. In fact in 2020, road dogs are 26-15 ATS thus far.
The other thing you have to like in this matchup is Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson. He is having an MVP-worthy season, but he’s also historically very good against the spread. In his career, Wilson is 73- 56-7 ATS.
He’s even better when he’s playing as the underdog. When getting points as he is against the Rams, Wilson is 23-9-2 ATS. You’ve gotta love Wilson, especially with the tease to +7.5.
