There’s plenty more on the NFL week 12 schedule too. Here’s Coach Rick’s best NFL Week 12 moneyline underdog picks.

Houston Texans vs. Detroit Lions Picks

The Lions were absolutely awful last Sunday in a loss to Carolina. The Panthers played without RB Christian McCaffrey and starting QB Teddy Bridgewater, yet Detroit somehow managed to get shutout. That would be against a Carolina defense that gave up 46 points the previous week.

Now, Detroit heads home for its traditional Thanksgiving Day game. It’s a game that the Lions haven’t won in the last three tries. Ironically, Detroit did beat the Texans on Thanksgiving back in 2012.

Houston, with all of its struggles, managed to upset New England last week. The Texans defense has given up just 30 points over the past two weeks. The Lions excel at home though as the total has gone Over in 10 of the last 11 games at Ford Field.

Yes, Detroit is 0-8 SU in its last eight games as a home underdog and they have struggled on Thanksgiving Day for the last few years. Coach Rick thinks the Lions just might have the magic in them to pull off a win for the city of Detroit and break those losing streaks.

Best Moneyline Pick: DETROIT +130

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Picks

The Chiefs are 9-1 and fresh off another exhilarating victory over the Raiders. QB Patrick Mahomes led a late scoring drive culminated by a touchdown pass to TE Travis Kelce to give Kansas City its ninth win of the season.

Now, the Chiefs head to Tampa Bay in what will be the most anticipated game of Week 12. The Bucs lost on Monday night. Tampa Bay struggles against top tier defenses. They lost twice to New Orleans and once each to Chicago and the L.A. Rams.

The Chiefs defense is good, but not at the level of the Saints and Rams and that is why Tom Brady and Tampa Bay can pull off the upset of the week. Plus, the Bucs have had success against the Chiefs when playing them at home.

In the last five Chiefs-Bucs games at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, the Buccaneers have won four times. Coach Rick likes the Bucs to pull the upset.

Best Moneyline Pick: TAMPA BAY +159

Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts Picks

The battle for the AFC South lead Part 2 is on this Sunday. The Titans and Colts just met two weeks ago with Indianapolis winning 34-17. It was Indy’s fourth win in the last five games in the series.

The Colts have one of the best defenses in the NFL, ranking in the top ten in rushing, passing, total, and scoring defense. Surprisingly, Indy is also tenth in scoring offense.

On the other end, the Titans offense is one of the most efficient in the league. Derrick Henry is once again leading the NFL in rushing.

While Indy has won four of the last five in the series, the last two Titans wins were both in Indianapolis. Here’s to another Titan’s victory at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Best Moneyline Pick: TENNESSEE +170
