NFL Week 6 Odds Comparison and Line Movement

We’re already nearing the halfway point of the NFL regular season.

COVID-19 has been impacting the NFL schedule. The Titans host the Bills tonight in the first NFL game played on a Tuesday since 2010 when the Eagles lost to the Vikings (24-14).

Prior to that, the last NFL game played on a Tuesday was way back in 1946.

You can check out our Bills vs. Titans prediction to pick up a win before week 6.

There are four teams (Seahawks, Chargers, Saints and Raiders) on a bye this week. There will be no Thursday Night Football (TNF) game this week and there’s a doubleheader on Monday.

As we’ve seen, the schedule can be fluid based on any positive COVID-19 tests.

NFL Week 5 Betting Recap

13 of 14 NFL week 5 games have been played. So far, underdogs are 7-6 against the spread with four of those underdogs winning straight-up on the moneyline (NFL Week 6 ML Underdog Picks).

The under is 7-6 so far this week, marking the first week where unders have done better. Overs are still hitting at 56% (42-33) on the season, but I expect another week with unders outperforming.

Cardinals vs. Cowboys – Opening Line: Cowboys –3 / Current Line: Cardinals –2.5

We’ve seen some crazy NFL week 6 line movements already and it’s only Tuesday.

Injuries have played a big role. For instance, Dak Prescott is out for the season, so the Cowboys went from a –3 favorite on MNF to the Cardinals being favored by –2.5 points.

The Rams vs. 49ers and Packers vs. Buccaneers have also seen huge movement.

What NFL Week 6 Point Spreads Stand Out?

I would jump on the Cardinals quickly before it’s at –3 or above. I’m also jumping on the Browns now at +3.5 before we lose the hook. They’ll keep things close against their AFC North rival.

There are several other games I’m interested in, but want to see how the lines move. If I can get a ½-point off the spreads of the Ravens and/or Vikings, those will make my NFL betting card.
