NHL Playoffs Bracket and Updated Odds to Win the Stanley Cup

After Sunday’s NHL games, the NHL playoffs bracket is now set.

There were numerous upsets in the play-in round. The two biggest upsets were the #5 seeds (Oilers and Penguins) losing to the #12 seeds (Canadiens and Blackhawks), but there were other upsets too.

The Maple Leafs were eliminated by the Blue Jackets, the Predators were eliminated by the Coyotes and the Panthers were knocked out by the Islanders. All three teams were underdogs.

With the unpredictability of the NHL playoffs, it’s a great time for bookmakers. Pelican PPH is one of the most cost-effective pay-per-head services and they have lots of NHL playoffs betting markets.

As your betting sheet grows at Pelican PPH, the cost can drop to as low as $3/head.

2020 NHL Playoffs Bracket with Odds to Win the Series

Eastern Conference:

Philadelphia Flyers (-220) vs. Montreal Canadiens (+190)

Tampa Bay Lightning (-200) vs. Columbus Blue Jackets (+175)

Washington Capitals (-160) vs. New York Islanders (+140)

Boston Bruins (-160) vs. Carolina Hurricanes (+140)

Western Conference:

Vegas Golden Knights (-325) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (+270)

Colorado Avalanche (-300) vs. Arizona Coyotes (+250)

Calgary Flames (-120) vs. Dallas Stars (+100)

St. Louis Blues (-210) vs. Vancouver Canucks (+180)

There looks to be some juicy value on some of these underdogs to win their series.

However, now that the series will be best-of-seven, it’ll be more difficult to knockout the top teams, as they have a little more time to recover if they go down early in the series.

In the Eastern conference, the Blue Jackets, Islanders and Hurricanes could all upset their opponent.

I don’t have much faith in the Canadiens moving past the Flyers in the first round. My best series bet in the East is CBJ. They have two strong goalies that could cause a lot of problems for TB.

The Lightning have performed horribly in the NHL playoffs as well.

In the Western conference, the Blackhawks look worth a bet to win the series at nearly 3/1 odds, as they’ve been getting some great production from Jonathan Toews and Dominik Kubalik.

First round action will get underway on Tuesday, August 11th and the round is scheduled to end on Sunday, August 23rd. After the theatrics of the play-in round and round robin tournament, I’m a little more than excited for the real push to the NHL Stanley Cup begins.

Best PPH Provider for NHL Betting

A lot of PPH providers don’t spend much time focusing on NHL markets because a lot of their clients don’t have a ton of NHL action, but that’s not the case with Pelican PPH.

They cover a wide range of NHL betting markets and they even offer live NHL betting.

If you’re a Canadian-based bookmaker or just have clients that bet on the NHL, then you should think about moving your operation to Pelican PPH. They have sharp NHL odds, lots of markets to bet on and they have one of the lowest price per head fees in the entire industry.
