Survivor: Winners at War | Episode 12 Preview and Predictions

Tony has been absolutely crushing it this season and he has only been getting stronger.

This past week, Tony was able to orchestrate a late blindside of Sophie. It was a genius move by him and if the remaining players don’t take a shot at him soon, they’re not going to get a chance.

Survivor: Winners at War Episode 11 Recap

Who Got Voted Off: Sophie Clarke

Votes: Tony (Sophie), Nick (Sophie), Jeremy (Sophie), Michele (Sophie), Ben (Jeremy), Denise (Jeremy), Sophie (Jeremy), Kim (Michele) and Sarah (Michele).

Total Blindside

Well, what can I say, one of my picks is now sitting on the Edge of Extinction (EoE).

HOW TO BET ON SURVIVOR

Sophie was completely blindsided, which isn’t easy to do in Survivor.

Tony was able to sway the vote at the last minute. Sophie didn’t even use her hidden immunity idol. It’s always tough to go home with an idol and you could see the shock on her face when the last four votes read were against her.

Tony the Tiger

Tony was by far the busiest player during episode 11.

To start the episode, Tony went searching for a hidden immunity idol. He ended up finding one, which puts him in the best position in the game.

Sophie’s idol is likely going to make it back in the game now, and if Tony happens to find it, he could essentially cruise into finale night.

Extortion Scandal

Over on the EoE, Parvati and Natalie found a clue that directed them to an “Extortion Advantage”.

The advantage allowed them to extort a player of their choice. If that player didn’t pay the extortion, they would not be allowed to compete in the immunity challenge and they would lose their next vote.

Survivor: Winners at War – Episode 11 RECAP

The two girls decided to extort Tony for six fire tokens. He only had three fire tokens, but he was able to quickly get three more fire tokens from Jeremy, Nick and Ben. This meant Tony could compete in the upcoming immunity challenge and he would also be able to vote at Tribal Council.

Tiger King

It all ended up working perfectly for Tony on Survivor: Winners at War episode 11, as he won the “10 Foot Pole” immunity challenge. This was his second immunity win in a row, which is making him stand out as an even bigger target.

Back at camp, the plan was to put most of the votes on Jeremy, which would have been too easy. It was going to work until Tony decided he wanted to get rid of Sophie, as she was too close to Sarah.

Sophie bequeathed her two fire tokens to Sarah (1) and Kim (1).

Survivor: Winners at War Episode 12 Predictions

Things heat up in the episode 12 promo video.

Sarah is really upset with Tony and she’s seen yelling at him. She says she’s done with him, after he blew up her entire game by blindsiding Sophie. She has a point; her game is in big trouble now.

Sophie was the brains of the operation and losing her really hurts. Cutting ties with Tony might not be the best idea either because she may need him at some point down the road.

Public Enemy

Also, in the promo was Kim talking about the need to target Tony. Tony is also seen hiding up in a tree during the promo video and he might become public enemy number one fairly quickly.

Tony has done a good job at trying to keep the “big targets” around, so his name isn’t brought up as much. It has worked up to this point, but he needs to start getting the bigger competitors out.

Who Got Your Six?

As the game progresses, there’s always a chance a player like Jeremy or Ben could string a couple wins together in immunity challenges, and that wouldn’t be good for Tony.

Who wins this week’s immunity challenge is going to be huge.

I really believe the players should be targeting Tony this week if he loses immunity. He may play an idol to save himself, as he’s unlikely to get blindsided, but it’d be good to get the idol out.

Realistically, I see Jeremy being voted to the EoE this week. Jeremy really doesn’t have any allies that he can fully trust, and I believe everyone might be happy with sending him packing.

With only eight players left on the main island, we should see the second EoE Return-Back Challenge soon.

I doubt they’d wait much longer to bring a player back. I was initially cheering on Rob/Amber to come back, but at this point I would love to see Sophie come back and exact some revenge.
