Last night was the first night of the NBA Play-In tournament. We saw the Orlando Magic beat the Atlanta Hawks 120-90, and the Golden State Warriors took down the Memphis Grizzlies 121-116.
There are still a few days left of the Play-In tournament, so stay tuned to see where our NBA handicappers are wagering this week.
The Best NBA Handicappers Last Week
It was a slow week leading up to the Play-In tournament. In total, our top 5 NBA handicappers went 18-6 for a 75% win rate. They brought home $1,150 in profit, making it one of the lowest grossing weeks of the season.
But, they’re gearing up to go all-in on the NBA playoffs.

50/50 on the Grizzlies Spread
Logan Wilson and Joe Berra both wagered on the Warriors vs Grizzlies game last night.
Wilson wagered the Grizzlies spread at -7, while Berra wagered the Grizzlies spread at +7. Obviously, at 121-116 finish, Berra won his spread, while Wilson received an L. But I was interested in what the consensus was on that game, so I headed over to our Betting Charts tab and checked out that game.

As you can see, the sharp money, and most of the public money, is in favor of the Warriors. The spreads were fairly close compared to the moneyline numbers, which were 283 wagers on the Grizzlies, 1,913 on the Warriors.
The spread is a bit more forgiving, but still, only $1,498 in sharp money wagered on the Grizzlies spread. Berra is one of the lucky few to have hit the +7.
