The Los Angeles Rams pulled the moneyline underdog upset last week with a 30-23 win over Arizona. Could they be a victim of an upset in Week 15?
Atlanta (+120) was another victorious moneyline underdog in Week 14. Dogs didn’t have a great week, but there are a few out there this week waiting to happen.
Here’s a look at the top three NFL Week 15 moneyline underdog picks.
Tennessee Titans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
This is one of those games that Pittsburgh has no business winning. Tennessee is 9-4 and leads the AFC South with a chance to at the conference’s No. 1 seed in the postseason. The Steelers are coming off a loss to Minnesota in which the Steelers couldn’t stop Vikings RB Dalvin Cook who finished with 205 yards rushing.
Then again, the Steelers had no reason beating Baltimore two weeks ago. The win over the Ravens is Pittsburgh’s only win in their last five games. Among those five games is the ugly 16-16 tie with Detroit, the NFL’s worst team.
So, how does Pittsburgh pull off this upset? Well, for starters the Steelers are 4-0-1 in their last five games at Heinz Field. Then, there is the role of the underdog. The Steelers are 10-4 straight up in their last 14 games as a home underdog since 2013. Head coach Mike Tomlin enjoys the role of underdog and will have the Steelers ready to play.

Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Houston has swept the season series with the Jaguars in each of the past three seasons. They won this year’s season opener handily 37-21. The Texans have just one win since, but even that was impressive as they upset Tennessee on Nov. 21.
Jacksonville just fired its head coach Urban Meyer and the offense has been absolutely horrendous. Since Nov. 7, the Jags have scored a total of 64 points. That’s a little over nine points a game. Not good. Minus their head coach with one of the league’s worst offenses, the Jags are somehow still favored over Houston. The Texans were the underdog in the season opener too.
Yes, Houston will go with rookie QB Davis Mills to close the season, but he had one of his best games last week in the loss to Tennessee. The Texans offense is actually worse than Jacksonville’s but Houston has just dominated this series. In addition to seven straight, the Texans have won 13 of the last 15. Make it eight straight.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams
The Seahawks have won two straight and scored 30-plus points in the process. After losing six of seven, it’s just what Pete Carroll and company needed. Now, if they can pull the upset of the Rams.
The edge that Seattle may have comes in the form of COVID-19. The Rams are not going to get a full week’s practice and could have a number of players out on Sunday.
The Seahawks covered the spread in their last two wins and L.A. is just 2-5 ATS in their last seven games. Don’t forget, the Rams had a recent three-game losing streak before winning their last two. With a depleted roster, the Rams come up short on Sunday.
