On Saturday, September 7, AEW returns to PPV action with their All Out event live from the Now Arena in the suburbs of Chicago. This is the sixth installment of the All Out PPV franchise and the fourth time that it’s been held at the Now Arena. It’s also the first time that All Out will be held on a Saturday since 2020.
AEW pushed the PPV back one week to give fans two weeks in-between PPV events. The promotion held its annual All In PPV on August 25 live from London, UK.
This weekend’s PPV features some exciting matches both from a storyline standpoint and in-ring product. The MJF vs. Daniel Garcia and Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland grudge matches are going to be captivating to watch.
The in-ring spectacle of Will Ospreay vs. Pac could be one of the best matches of the year as the two wrestlers are magical in the ring. And, AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson will make his first title defense against Jack Perry who also holds the TNT Championship. As of now, there are eight matches confirmed for the PPV.
AEW All Out Zero Hour will begin at 6:30 pm ET. The PPV main card is set to begin at 8pm ET. As usual, I expect AEW to add at least one more match to this show.
Let’s examine the latest AEW All Out odds for the available matches, courtesy of the top sports betting sites, and make our All Out Predictions.

AEW All Out Predictions
The following AEW predictions are for the confirmed All Out matches. At this time of writing, not all matches have available odds:
AEW Tag Team Title Match
- (c)The Young Bucks (NA)
- Blackpool Combat Club (NA)
On the September 4 episode of Dynamite, AEW World Trios Champs Claudio Castignoli, Pac and Wheeler Yuta defeated Will Ospreay, Kyle O’Reilly, and Orange Cassidy.
After the match, Bryan Danielson came down to the ring to celebrate with his fellow Blackpool Combat Club members (Castignoli, Yuta). This prompted all four members of The Elite to come out and attack The BCC.
The BCC was able to regroup and fight off The Elite. Afterwards, Claudio got on the mic and challenged The Young Bucks for a tag-team title match at All Out.
The Young Bucks have held the tag-team titles since winning them at the Dynasty PPV in April. This is their third title reign, as they’re the only team to have won the tag championships on three separate occasions. Additionally, they have a combined title reign of 466 days as of this writing.
Despite the amount of talent in the BCC, this group has never held the tag-team titles. They have had several world champions though.
As of this writing, betting odds for this match have yet to be released. That’s partly due to this match just being made last night and the fact that oddsmakers are still trying to handicap the bout.
I think that AEW needs to get the belts off of The Young Bucks as this has possibly been the worst tag-title reign in the history of the promotion. The Bucks don’t even need the belts to continue their trend of egomaniacal behavior and power trips.
The BCC could become even more profound if the tag-team titles are added to their group along with the Trios Titles and the World Title. In fact, that would leave just Jon Moxley as the only BCC member without a championship. Could we see Mox resent this fact?
I hate to say this, but I think the Young Bucks will retain their titles for a little while longer. I’m hoping that Moxley’s current storyline can spill over into this match and make it more entertaining considering how stale The Young Bucks have become.
Bet: The Young Bucks (NA)
Chicago Street Fight
- Willow Nightingale (+150)
- Kris Statlander (-200)
I promise that my betting preview for All Out isn’t going to be one long rant. But here’s another match and feud that needs to end. In fact, I’ve been asking for this storyline to end for the last few months now. And, yet, Tony Kahn continues to book Willow Nightingale against Kris Statlander as if there aren’t any other female wrestlers in the company.
Let me sum up this storyline really quick for anyone who has somehow missed what’s happened. These two wrestlers formed a tag-team in late 2023. They became best friends for most of 2024, until Statlander turned on Nightingale at Double or Nothing PPV in May.
Following that betrayal, the two have wrestled against each other numerous times including the All In London PPV just two weeks ago.
It would be one thing if these matches featured incredible in-ring work and storytelling. But that’s not the case. Their matches have been flat because most fans don’t care about this feud any longer.
Both wrestlers deserve fresh feuds and storylines in order to keep them compelling to the fans. Unfortunately, we’ll probably see this feud continue as Statlander is the -200 favorite which means she’s expected to beat Nightingale.
I see this happening as well. More than likely, Statlander will get some help in this match. Perhaps, we’ll see someone new debut or a new alliance formed as Statlander gets some much-needed assistance to win this Chicago Street Fight.
Bet: Krist Statlander (-200)
Four-Way Continental Title Match
- (c)Kazuchika Okada (NA)
- Konosuke Takeshita (NA)
- Orange Cassidy (NA)
- Mark Briscoe (NA)
As of Friday night, Okada’s opponents have finally been revealed. AEW held the following qualifying matches on a special edition of Collision on Friday night:
Konosuke Takeshita vs Beast Mortos
This bout was a hard-hitting contest. Takeshita returned to AEW after spending the last month or more wrestling in Japan. In my opinion, AEW continues to drop the ball with this superstar as he should’ve been a singles champion by now. For as great as some of AEW’s booking is, there are times when they seriously fall short. This is one of those times.
Lance Archer vs Mark Briscoe
Speaking of dropping the ball, it makes me physically ill as to how AEW has handled Lance Archer. The ups and downs, inconsistent booking, and inability to realize how talented the big man is, just makes me want to vomit.
Archer should be holding the ROH world title at the very least, if not the TNT or International title. In a company that doesn’t have many big men, Archer should have a lot more respect put on his name than he does. It was no surprise that Briscoe would win. As entertaining as he is, his act is becoming too repetitive. Stop the silliness and make him more intense.
Orange Cassidy vs Bryan Keith
Bryan Keith had no chance against Orange Cassidy. If anything, this was just continuing a feud between Orange Cassidy and The Learning Tree, which nobody wants to see. In fact, nobody really wants to see Christ Jericho as an AEW on-air personality any longer. Yet, AEW keeps pushing Jericho and the Vortex never seems to end.
Who Wins This 4-Way Match?
AEW has two options here: have Okada retain or take the belt off of him without getting pinned.
Initially, I was big on Okada winning this match regardless of who was in it. With that said, I really hope AEW realizes the star they have in Takeshita and finally pulls the trigger by putting gold around his waist.
Have Takeshita pin Briscoe or Orange Cassidy, that way Okada and The Elite can claim that Okada wasn’t pinned and didn’t really lose. This could set up a feud between the two Japanese stars. Conversely, if Okada pins Briscoe or OC, then Takeshita and Don Callis can say the same thing.
A feud between The Elite and The Don Callis Family would make for interesting television as we could see two heel factions battling over numerous belts.
Unfortunately, there are no odds available for this match as late as Saturday morning. If the odds do come out in time, play it safe by taking Okada.
Bet: Kazuchika Okada (NA)
AEW Singles Match
- MJF (-175)
- Daniel Garcia (+135)
The MJF-Daniel Garcia feud has become a must-see match this weekend at All Out. We all knew that MFJ would turn on Garcia after their newfound friendship. It didn’t take long for that to happen. However, what was surprising was the viciousness of the attack. Garcia was left a bloody mess and off AEW programming for roughly six weeks.
At the same time, rumors surrounding Garcia’s AEW contract was running rampant. There were speculations that he could be heading to WWE. After appearing at All In and costing MJF the International (American) title a few weeks ago, and now booked in a PPV match with one of the top stars in the company, it’s safe to say that Garcia isn’t going anywhere.
On this week’s Dynamite, the two men had a war of words before it broke out into a physical altercation. This physical exchange culminated with Garcia being left unconscious and bloody once again.
But it didn’t end there. MJF held an unconscious Garcia in his arms, shared a few more words on the mic, then kissed his bloody head. Later, on X, MJF said he tasted Garcia’s blood and wants more.
With that in mind, oddsmakers have MJF listed as the betting favorite for this match. I was a bit surprised to see the odds favor MJF so much considering the gravity of this storyline and how much it could benefit Garcia to win. This thought is not lost on AEW star Jeff Jarrett, who made the following comments:
“Garcia is due for an upset. I think it’s that simple. The proving ground that Garcia is currently in — as young as MJF is, he’s got a hell of a statistical run with dates and wins and everything that goes with that — Garcia is a young gun climbing that mountain.”
I agree 100% with Jarrett and feel that Garcia is due for an upset. This storyline is set up perfectly to launch Garcia up the ladder and cement him as a bigger baby face without having to dance to get cheers from the fans.
There’s plenty of mileage left in this storyline, but I see Garcia winning this battle on Saturday. We’ll see who ends up winning the war.
Bet: Daniel Garcia (+135)
AEW TBS Title Match
- (c)Mercedes Mone (-10000)
- Hikaru Shida (+2000)
On the August 31 episode of Collision, Hikaru Shida defeated Thunder Rosa, Serena Deep, and Queen Aminata in a four-way match to earn a TBS Title shot this weekend at All Out.
These two women wrestled against each other on the August 14 episode of Dynamite that saw Mone win. Yet, that match clearly did not live up to their full potential. This weekend’s PPV will definitely see both stars pull out their A-game, especially after Mone has been criticized for her match against Britt Baker at All In.
Love her or hate her, Mone is one of the best female wrestlers in the world. Having Kamille by Mone’s side makes her unstoppable. However, Kamille is not allowed to be at ringside for this TBS Championship match on Saturday.
Unfortunately for Shida, it’s not going to matter. You can clearly see what oddsmakers think of the outcome for this bout. They don’t see any scenario that has Mone losing the title on Saturday night.
I agree with them. Mone’s first loss will come at a later date and to a wrestler that AEW wants to give that rub to. I could see Jamie Hayter get this win by the end of the year.
With that said, there’s no reason to take a flier on Shida. Mone will win by hook or by crook. The CEO gets the W-I-N.
Bet: Mercedes Mone (-10000)
AEW International Title Match
- (c)Will Ospreay (-10000)
- Pac (+2000)
I absolutely can’t wait to see this match. We got a teaser of it when Will Ospreay joined Orange Cassidy and Kyle O’Reilly to take on The BCC and Pac at Dynamite this week. The BCC retained the Trios titles, but Pac and Ospreay were electric in the ring together. It was just enough to make the fans want more.
Eventually, the two men wrestled to the backstage area where we saw Pac hit Ospreay with a brain buster on steel containers.
I would like to nitpick something really quick here. The fanboy in me would’ve loved to see Ospreay vs. Pac as the main event of a PPV and given a full four to six weeks of proper build. I would’ve preferred to see this six-man tag match at the All Out PPV as it would’ve still been an exciting, PPV-worthy contest. I just hope this feud carries on for all of September and into the WrestleDream PPV on October 12.
Ok, nitpicking is over! Both men are from the UK and are very familiar with each other.
According to Cagematch, Pac and Ospreay have wrestled against each other four times. I’m sure there were more that wasn’t documented on this excellent site. Three of those four matches took place in AEW, including the Trios Title match this week.
Their non-AEW match came in REV Pro over five years ago. The event, High Stakes, was a smash and these two stars put on a great match despite Cagematch’s rating.
I highly doubt that AEW is going to have Ospreay lose this weekend, which is also what the oddsmakers feel as indicated by these All Out odds.
My hope is that we have a feud that continues because these two stars are going to put on a banger this Saturday night. With that said, Ospreay will pick up the victory. He’s already reached his quota of two losses on the year and I don’t see anymore defeats for the International champion in 2024.
Bet: Will Ospreay (-10000)
AEW World Title Match
- Jack Perry (+2000)
- (c)Bryan Danielson (-10000)
When Jack Perry answered Bryan Danielson’s open challenge, I wasn’t too thrilled. First, we all know that Perry is going to lose. Second, it just put The Elite in the world title spotlight again, and that’s unnecessary unless we’re talking Okada.
With that said, I liked how AEW and Perry tied this storyline together. They gave a logical reason as to why Perry answered the challenge and has been attacking Danielson. Bottom line, Perry is angry and jealous of Danielson’s success and the latter’s inability or unwillingness to help the former Jungle Boy succeed in pro wrestling.
Although it isn’t as meaty as other feuds on this PPV, it gives us a good reason as to why Perry was inserted into the picture. As down as I am on The Young Bucks, I’m 100% on board for any future stepping stones that set up an Okada vs. Danielson world title match. This weekend’s PPV can do that, regardless of the outcome.
Speaking of the outcome, we all know that Danielson is going to win. Let’s see what kind of story they tell in the ring, as this will help or hurt Perry moving forward. Although he’s the TNT Champ, getting squashed by Danielson would undo a lot of Perry’s success over the last few months.
Take Danielson to retain his AEW belt and for Perry to deliver one of his best in-ring performances to date.
Bet: Bryan Danielson (-10000)
Lights Out Steel Cage Match
- Hangman Adam Page (-300)
- Swerve Strickland (+200)
Without a doubt, my favorite feud in all of pro wrestling is Hangman Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland. Yes, I love this more than Toni Storm vs. Mariah May, Ospreay vs. MJF, CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre, or anything with The Bloodline, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes.
This feud began a year ago when Swerve Strickland was out to take Page’s spot in the company and get one step closer to an AEW world title match. In the build up to their first match at the 2023 WrestleDream event, Strickland broke into Page’s house and went into his kid’s room.
Strickland would win the PPV bout, but the feud wasn’t over. The two men would meet in a Texas Death Match in November 2023, which Strickland also won. With the hatred at full throttle, the two entered the world title scene and a three-way match at Revolution in March 2024.
To prevent Strickland from taking the belt from Samoa Joe, Page ended up quickly submitting to Joe. After that match, page would disappear until July when he returned for the Owen Hart Tournament. Page was hell-bent on winning the tournament to fight Strickland.
Unfortunately, Page lost and it drove him further into a rage. At Blood and Guts a few weeks later, Page only focused on Strickland, which ended up costing The Elite a win. At the All In PPV, Page came out and distracted Strickland in his world title defense against Danielson. It ended up costing Swerve the world championship.
The two men would share their disdain for each other following the PPV and agree to a steel cage match at All Out. But it didn’t end there.
On this week’s episode of Dynamite, Page ended up burning down Strickland’s childhood home. It was brilliant television and ramped up Page’s character to another level. I loved every bit of the visualization of Page sitting in a recliner chair, in the front yard, while the house was on fire behind him.
Currently, Strickland is 2-0 against Page but has had some assistance both times to win those matches. This was a point that Page made clear in a promo last week.
In my opinion, we’re getting solid value with Page at -300 odds as of this writing. There’s no way that Page loses three in a row to Strickland. If anything, Page will win this match and set up a fourth contest at WrestleDream next month. That PPV will take place in Tacoma, Washington, where Strickland was born.
Get your popcorn ready because this is going to be the best match of the night in regards to storytelling and absolute carnage.
Bet: Hangman Adam Page (-300)
