“Adjusting on the fly is probably really good for us,” Shrewsberry said. “We had some lineups that probably never played together before.”

Despite the absences, J.R. Konieczny and Cole Certa stepped up in a big way, combining for 22 second-half points to help seal the win.

Shrewsberry praised Certa, a freshman, for delivering in clutch moments.

“It’s hard to make shots in inconsistent minutes, no matter who you are. … That dude has unwavering confidence,” he said.

Notre Dame has won two ACC road games this season, but stealing a win at Clemson will require one of their best performances of the year.
