Looking for some good Monday Night Football bets for week 10? I’ve got you covered, as the MNF odds are up for the Miami Dolphins vs. Los Angeles Rams showdown.
My MNF picks were very good last week, as I loved the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to beat their 9.5-point spread, I also had the Kansas City Chiefs winning, and I also hammered the Over when looking at the 45.5 game total.
I even liked Patrick Mahomes to go Over 242.5 passing yards, and he did just that with 291 yards through the air. After a great night of Monday Night Football betting like that – assuming you rolled with my top plays – you should have a nice bankroll heading into a new week of NFL action.

Monday Night Football Betting
The week 10 Monday Night Football odds opened favoring the L.A. Rams by almost a field goal (-2.5), but that line has moved to a borderline pick’em (-1). Los Angeles is still favored, while their moneyline moved from -138 to -109.
No new injuries popped up for either team, as both the Rams and Dolphins actually enter MNF at close to full strength.
It’s important to always consider line movement and how it could impact how you bet, but for this MNF clash, I’m not sure there’s much to be gleaned from the change in odds.
That said, I’ll inspect the pricing and the matchup closely to help point you to the best MNF bets for week 10. If you need even more help, consider checking out this guide to the best sports betting handicappers online.
Monday Night Football Odds
The following Monday Night Football odds are courtesy of ScoresandStats:
Team | Moneyline | Spread | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Miami Dolphins | -101 | +1 (-108) | O 50 (-110) |
Los Angeles Rams | -109 | -1 (-119) | U 50 (-110) |
L.A. is a very mild favorite at home under the bright lights of Monday Night Football. It’s interesting to see their odds drop slightly, but to this point they’ve been at their best (3-1) at home.
Now at close to 100% with star wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua back in the fold, it’s tough to bypass the value of the surging Rams (three straight wins) on their home field.
That said, this game feels difficult to call, as it has just a 1-point spread. Bettors may take solace in the friendly game total, as we can probably expect a fair amount of points scored in this one.

Monday Night Football Predictions
Let’s take a closer look at some of the key matchups for this game as we make our Monday Night Football NFL picks. NFL stats are courtesy of TeamRankings and Pro Football Reference.
Miami Dolphins Outlook
The Miami Dolphins are in bad shape. They are currently just 2-6 and a loss from sinking to the bottom of the AFC East. It’s not necessarily because they’re bad, of course, as they had to play the majority of their season without starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa.
Tagovailoa returned two weeks ago, and while the Dolphins are 0-2 since he came back, they’ve been in both games and lost a heart-breaker last week to the rival Buffalo Bills.
Miami has lost numerous close games on the year, too, so while they’re no lock to win, we know what they’re capable of. Tua led a high-flying offensive attack in 2023, so in theory, Miami has the ability to light up the scoreboard.
Tagovailoa still has two game-wreckers to target through the air in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, so expecting them to explode against the 23rd ranked Rams pass defense isn’t a reach at all.
De’Von Achane can also get going on the ground, and he’s thrived so far with Tagovailoa back in the fold. He also faces a suspect L.A. run defense, which ranks 27th in rushing yards allowed per game.
On paper, this is a soft matchup for Miami and could be argued as a “get right” spot. Of course, Miami’s defense (17th in scoring) hasn’t exactly done them any favors. It’s entirely possible Miami puts up a good amount of points here, and still finds themselves on the losing end.
Los Angeles Rams Outlook
The Rams have slightly less to lose here, as a week 10 loss wouldn’t end their season. They do have more to gain, however, as a win over Miami would get them a tie for first place in the NFC West.
Few thought L.A. would be here just a few weeks ago, as they were hurting badly in the injury department and were looking rough at 1-4. They’ve rattled off three consecutive victories, however, and are now in control of their playoff destiny in a very crowded division.
Matthew Stafford and co. don’t have a very difficult matchup in front of them. Miami ranks 30th in sack percentage, so even though they’ve limited opposing passing attacks by the numbers, he should have time to sling it.
L.A. is also at full strength with their top wide receivers back in action, and judging by the last few weeks, this is a pretty tough bunch to try to contain.
Kyren Williams gives them a reliable option on the ground, too. If the Rams can’t get it done through the air, they could lean hard on their rushing attack, which draws the more beatable matchup against a Dolphins run defense that ranks 27th in rushing scores allowed. That’s music to the ears of Williams, who has found paydirt in all but one game in 2024.
Defensively, the Rams aren’t very scary. They do have a top-10 pass rush, but they rank 22nd in points allowed, 23rd against the pass, and 24th against the run. If they can get to Tua, they could control this game. If not, we might get the shootout the game total is suggesting.
Who Will Win: Dolphins or Rams?
It’s tough to go against the Rams here. It’s rare you get a rock solid team at home as a very mild favorite. I know Miami needs this win more, but that isn’t always going to be the deciding factor.
The reality is the Rams have been good at home, they’re healthy, they arguably have the more cohesive offense, and they do have a viable pass rush that could help set them up nicely.
I expect a close game, and I do think we get a lot of points here. While hammering the Over feels like the best MNF bet for week 10, if you want a straight up pick I think the Rams are the correct call.
Bet: Los Angeles Rams -109
Monday Night Football Prop Bets
There is more to betting on MNF than the game itself. Take advantage of some fun MNF prop bets for week 10:
Kyren Williams Anytime Touchdown
- Yes -251
This is probably the best week 10 MNF player prop bet you’ll find. The price isn’t amazing, but Kyren Williams is a really good bet to score pretty much every week.
He hasn’t found the end-zone as a rusher in either of his last two games, but he’s scored at least once in general in every game but one on the year. The high game total and Miami’s weak run defense (in terms of touchdowns) push this one over the top for me.
Feeling bold? You can bet on Kyren Williams to score two touchdowns (+200) as well.
Bet: Yes -251
Tua Tagovailoa Over 231+ Passing Yards
- Yes -205
This is another seemingly safe Monday Night Football prop bet that still offers enough value to get us interested. Tagovailoa has a bunch of explosive weapons at his disposal, while L.A. gives up 225 yards per game through the air.
I think he can top the average they allow, simply based on Miami’s approach and the talent they have to work with. I also see the Rams playing with a lead in this one, while Tua has hit the Over on this amount or pushed in both of his games since returning from a concussion.
Bet: Yes -205
De’Von Achane Over 51.5 Rushing Yards
- Yes -117
Kyren and Tua feel like safer bets for their respective Monday Night Football props, but this one doesn’t exactly feel dangerous.
Achane remains very involved in what Miami does on offense, and he’s coasted to the Over for this prop in each of his last three games. It was rough sledding for a bit there when Tua wasn’t around, but now that he’s back, the Dolphins are a lot easier to trust on offense.
The Rams also rank 24th with 135.1 rushing yards allowed per game, so the matchup isn’t one to fear, either.
Bet: Yes -117
Best Bets for Monday Night Football
This is shaping up as a really fun game to bet on. I’ve already gone over some solid MNF props and my week 10 Monday Night Football winner prediction, but I like to wrap things up by highlighting my very favorite bets for this game.
- Rams to Win -109
- Over 50 -110
- Kyren Williams to Score -251
- Achane Over 51.5 Rush Yards -117
Ultimately, I think the Rams get the job done at home and keep pace with the rest of the teams in the NFC West. Miami is still a threat, but it’s likely a case of too little, too late, as my guess is their season is probably lost at this point.
Miami should still put up a fight, however, which is why I think we get a good amount of points – enough to hit the Over. Part of that will be Kyren Williams doing what he does best, while I also think the Dolphins players will find some success.
I am mildly concerned about the pass rush and Tua’s injury history, which is why I don’t want to commit too hard to Tagovailoa or Miami’s passing attack in general. Achane is so involved and so explosive, though, that I think he can feast in this favorable matchup on the ground.
